Vacation rentals with a patio in Guarapiranga Reservoir

We stayed for an event that took place at the Transamerica Expo Center. Carina was very quick with the information and attentive. They gave us all the support! The apartment is excellent! Exactly as shown in the pictures. We were super good with 3 adults. Very spacious apartment, good shower! Good equipment. Super recommend!!!!

Manoela’s apartment has been the highlight of my trip to Sao Paulo. It is the perfect apartment for a couple or solo travelling, has all of the amenities one could ask for, and to top it off is in the most beautiful area that is near the centre while still being safe and residential. My favorite bakery and cafe is one block away, as well as the Patio Higienopolis and so many other great shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean, spacious and luminous. The building is an architectural jewel and the energy from the entrance to the apartment, the bathroom etc everything is just magical. If you have the chance, you should definitely book this apartment. Cannot overstate the happiness and comfort it brought me and having experienced manyy other airbnbs in the city, I can safely say this is the best you can find. Thanks Manoela for everything and for the clear communication throughout.

Personnel can trust, images are exactly the same as the environment! The building is perfect since the service, the general cleaning is everything inside! Vanessa's service is fast. The apartment itself is extremely smell and clean. And I loved street safety. it's the night and I felt safe!

The apartment is great and is located close to everything (restaurants, malls and cafes). The cleanliness and details (plug adapter, hair dryer, umbrella) make all the difference and contribute to a new experience becoming fantastic! The apartment is complete!!! The best place for anyone who wants to enjoy the nightlife of Pinheiros and great restaurant surroundings. The apartment was spotless with great views. I can't recommend highly enough, definitely one of the best accommodations I have been to.

The house was clean and well organized, providing a pleasant and comfortable environment during our stay. The hostess, Angela, was extremely attentive and helpful, always ready to help with any doubt or need. A high point was the visit of the monkeys, which was a show apart and brought even more charm to the experience. The stay was great, everything went well and as planned, the house was clean and organized and exactly as described, we had no problem with the stadia or the Host, Luiz took all our questions before the trip, recommended.

What a beautiful place, it's even more beautiful in person! Lots of greenery, animals like butterflies, birds, dogs, chickens and even kittens. Very quiet and peaceful, we went to escape the noise of the end of the year and it was very good. :) I read the tips in the reviews of other guests and it helped a lot. I took a pocket knife, we walked to Spani (but we came back by Uber with the groceries hahaha), we went to thrift stores, we walked around the farm and Itaim Park. And the house has absolutely everything we need for cooking, blender, baking pan, frying pan, etc. And Mr. Alê, a dear, said that if you don't have something, just ask and it will be provided. We want to come back more often. ♡

Sandra welcomed us very well since before the stay. We arrived in the city earlier and she was quite flexible with the check-in time. The house and bed/bath linens were very clean and smelled good. The place is easily accessible and super well located, perfect for those going to an event at Allianz Parque.

I was in the house for 2 days to celebrate my birthday, and it was just wonderful. Beautiful place and clean and very quiet. Since bedrooms, living room and kitchen accommodations, as far as the outdoor area barbecue and swimming pool are of great quality and good taste, I felt at home. Everything is perfect. Very functional apartment, with an excellent bathroom and high quality shower. The location is privileged, next to the Oscar Freire subway station. I recommend hosting — it was definitely worth every penny.
