Had a fantastic stay at Rodrigos place. Miguel was very helpful also and they both delivered a fantastic stay.

We spend sensational days. The house is comfortable, pleasant, clean and spacious. The view is beautiful and the lake is very tasty. Maurício has always been communicative, polite, helpful, generous and willing to help.

It was an excellent carnival, everything I needed was answered with agility and a great willingness to help. Very nice every day I lived in the house.

Very good house, the caretakers are very attentive. Points for improvement: The barbecue does not match the house, a better quality barbecue with more barbecue utensils could be offered. Kitchen utensils such as forks, knives and plates are very simple, they could be better. Other than that, everything was very good, I highly recommend the house.

My stay in Guapé with my wife and two kids was just perfect. The city has spectacular waterfalls that owe nothing to the most trendy destinations, but still preserves the typical friendliness of a small town in the interior of Minas Gerais. The house is great with a spectacular view of the dam and our hosts were very considerate giving valuable tips on tours and restaurants. I will spend the week dreaming of the small mineira. Thanks a lot!

We arrived at the house and it was impeccable, clean and fragrant. The house has an excellent structure and has all the kitchen and barbecue utensils. The house is less than 500 meters from the dam, where there is a boarding point for the tours. The trip to the center of Capitólio is very quick too, a maximum of 15 minutes. Reivane is an excellent host, she was very helpful, she gave us a PDF with several indications of tours, restaurants, etc. We can only thank you and we intend to return. I highly recommend it…

Super cozy house, the view is more beautiful in person than in the photos. The property has an orchard, which allowed us to see several birds, monkeys, and even a kitten. My dog loved the place, he played a lot. The hosts were super attentive, helped me with the tours and gave recommendations about the place. Highlights of the stay: flexible check-in, close to the place that does speedboat rides, which makes it much easier because you don't need to go to the marina to get the speedboat. Also, the accommodation has lake access for those who like to fish. It is close to the city center, close to the morro do chapéu (which is sensational!). Cozy and clean house. And we even got cheese at check-in <3 Improvement points: they could put a hot and cold indication in the shower, even with the instructions we got very confused at bath time. The kitchen cutlery was a little old, it would be nice to change it for those that don't have a plastic/wood "handle," as they are more hygienic

The stadia were very nice. The house was clean and organized. The location is perfect for those who want privacy and tranquility. Peaceful place and very green! An amazing look... The checkin had a certain flexibility, while the checkout had not been booked for the same day, it was not flexible.

A simple house that suits the needs very well. It is between the center and the main tours. It has a beautiful view of mountains and nature. Because it was removed, it was quite uncertain, but nothing that an insecticide does not solve. We were able to work from home without issue. Our stay was great! Ana Paula welcomed us very well and was always very attentive!

We had the opportunity to spend the holiday in an amazing house located in the middle of a preserved forest. The atmosphere was extremely quiet and welcoming, with a breathtaking view of the surrounding nature. The house has everything needed for a comfortable stay, is surrounded by a creek, which has brought an even more sense of peace and connection to nature. Lucia was extremely attentive throughout our stay. He ensured that our access to the house was very quiet on our arrival.
