Vacation rentals with a patio in Guaniquilla

This place is in a very quiet area. And this place is nice and clean. We had peace, and privacy. Felt totally secure. I enjoyed listening to the waves, at night. In the morning as you open the door, you’re welcomed by a nice breeze. And screaming waves saying “good morning”.

Place is up on a ridge with beautiful wind and starry nights and nice views. No houses behind. Very central to all the beaches. Neighbours we met were fantastic as well to speak with as is Tara’s husband and son. We really enjoyed our time at Tartas and definitely recommend it. Nice little coffee area outside the apartment plus a grassy knoll outside the backyard to roam around.

Keisy was an incredible host and always responsive. I woke up everyday to the sounds of nature and a creek in the backyard which made it even better and not to mention how clean they kept everything. I’d go again and again!

Its a beautiful home. Perfect for us and our 2 younger kids. They enjoyed the swing and snacks. It was also a perfect distance from the beaches. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location! friendly neighbors, good food just down the road, the beach was beautiful and walkable, and oh, the sunsets!!!

Josue was very responsive and extremely helpful with local recommendations. The place is only a few steps to a quiet beach. Loved every moment, would stay again!

Elba and Edi were wonderful hosts. They provided local recommendations, helped when needed, responded quickly, and respected our privacy. The home is spacious, comfortable, and clean. The kitchen is well equipped and the TVs were both user friendly. The laundry machines work, the AC is modern and easy to use, and the two bathrooms were clean and large. We were very comfortable staying here as 7 people for one week - the pull out couch bed is also comfortable and has plenty of room in the living room. The sheets and towels provided were high quality. The back porch was our favorite part of the property. It was large and had plenty of seating and lights for night time. The views were beautiful and the location was private. The jacuzzi and sauna were added bonuses and so fun! Having a rental car is definitely necessary, and the roads are tight - so be prepared! But the home is very close by driving to Rincon and Aguada. We would certainly stay here again on a future trip to PR!

I wish I could give 20 stars instead of 5! The pictures do not do the view justice. It was the most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed. Super spacious, had everything we needed from games to beach equipment, plenty of towels and the white bathrobes were an especially nice touch. The master sweet had a balcony view that took my breath away and it was so close to beautiful beaches and restaurants. The best part though was how attentive the hosts were. They were 5 minutes away for absolutely anything we needed. If you’re not sure where to book a stay for your next family trip look no further. We love you Casa Alegre ❤️

Our stay at Ryan's AirB&B in Aguada was incredible! My entire family (adults, teenagers, young kids) found something they loved about the house and the property. The back of the house with the infinite pool and ocean just footsteps away was even more amazing in-person than in pictures. Indoors, the house is clean and well appointed, super comfortable bed, plenty of linens and towels, and bathrooms were in good shape. The house is easily kept at a comfortable temp with AC units in bedrooms and fans to help circulate air. In addition, large class doors open to allow for the constant breeze from the ocean to flow through. Outdoors, the property was beautifully landscaped. Additional perks included quality beach towels and most anything you could imagine needing to enjoy the beach. The house location is private and convenient, like pastries and sandwiches from Eileen's Bakery, just a 4-min walk. Honestly, it was hard to leave and we can't wait to return! Every time I visit Aguada, I make it a point to stay at Katrina’s places. They are thoughtfully designed, impeccably clean, and truly feel like a home away from home. The cleaning crew does an outstanding job – it always feels like I’m the first guest to stay there. Katrina is a fantastic host, quick to respond to any questions and always clear with her instructions, making everything so easy to navigate. The location is perfect, whether you’re looking to enjoy the beach, experience the nightlife, or simply relax and soak in the beauty of Aguada. I also love the welcoming neighborhood vibe. I can’t recommend her properties enough!

¡Hola! Fue nuestra primera experiencia alquilando un Airbnb y nos encantó; pena nos dio irnos. Los propietarios, muy amables en todo momento. La propiedad es perfecta para pasar un fin de semana o una semana lejos de casa y llegar a un lugar amplio, cómodo, limpio, con un jardín grande, y está ubicada en una zona tranquila y segura. ¡La recomiendo 100%!

I am beyond thankful for Louise being able to accommodate our party of 5 extremely last minute. We traveled here for a very somber circumstance and she didn’t hesitate to host us and communicate with me with sensitivity and kindness about our situation. The house was spotless and it had everything we needed. The AC was a game changer. With 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, our party of 5 was completely comfortable. The fridge also had a water dispenser which was so nice because we didn’t have to buy water at the store. We will definitely look to staying here again for future trips.

Definitivamente fue una experiencia maravillosa. La casa es muy comoda, segura y acogedora. Excelente ubicación de facil acceso. No pasamos ninguna necesidad porque a pesar de que no había luz en Puerto Rico, la residencia esta equipada con planta eléctrica y cisterna. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables y siempre estuvieron al pediente de que nuestra estadía fuera una inolvidable. Definitivamente volveremos!

This is my second time staying at one of Brian’s Airbnbs! Everything was so clean and immaculate. This location is moments to everything. I will definitely be returning and honestly, I’m excited to try another one of Brian’s properties.

A quiet, clean, spacious condo with a beautiful ocean view. The property is on the third floor, but not to worry if you have any accessibility issues because there are ramps and elevators. Think the most number of stairs you would need to climb are four. There is a pleasant wrap around balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for a morning or evening meal. I thought all the bedrooms were a nice size, two full bathrooms, and one half bathroom. I stayed there with my wife, son, brother, and his girlfriend and never felt crowded. The property includes access to a pool and the beach. It's just a small parking lot distance from the building to the ocean. Also of note is the property is gated, adding to the sense of peace and security. There are restaurants, street food vendors and grocery stores nearby.

Excellent spot for our family of four. We worked between surf spots snorkeling and exploring. While we did this I got surf some very cool breaks. When we packed each day full of fun we came back to a comfy, peaceful place. I was stoked to see nearly everything we needed for a beach day was there.

Pasamos un fin de semana fabuloso. Excelente localizacion frente a la entrada del balneario. Muchos lugares para explorar a buena distancia. La limpieza del apartamento muy buena y las instrucciones de la estadía claras y directas.

I had a great and enjoyable stay! The location was lovely, and I especially loved the adorable balcony with the hammock and beautiful views — such a perfect spot to relax. Cheryle was a delight and gave amazing recommendations that made the trip even better. Would definitely stay again!

Rob’s place was comfy and in a convenient location. We enjoyed the pool and the upstairs patio a lot. Plenty of room for everyone. Walking distance from the downtown strip made getting food easy. Rob was very responsive and friendly. Looking forward to staying again!
