Kotik Casa is located on quite street right off Cam Playa. Featuring gated one car parking, an exclusive place with 2 twin beds in one bedroom and 1 queen bed in another. One bathroom, hot water, toiletries. 55” tv in living room, 65” in outside area. Kitchen tools. Fully equipped. Steps from the beach. This house is perfect for 2-4 guests. Nice and clean space, comfortable mattresses and pillows. WiFi is included. Close to lots of restaurants, beaches, and Aguada with all its boutiques.

“Sea House Of Beauty” Beachfront/AC/WiFi/Parking

Located directly on the beach, our house was recently refurnished and equipped with a generac generator. The house is equipped with all of your needed amenities, including free cable and WiFi, free gated parking, air-conditioned bedrooms, and full kitchen. Our beachfront location has the added bonus of being just down the street from several bars and restaurants. All that Rincón has to offer is just 10-15 minutes away. Sorry no pets allowed.

We stayed here to celebrate my niece’s birthday, and the experience was simply amazing. The place has everything you could possibly need — and more. It’s beautifully set up, comfortable, and fully equipped for a relaxing and fun getaway. Our whole family had an incredible time. I definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

The house is amazing! Sonia gave tons of recommendations for restaurants, activities, and where to view the beautiful sunset. The beach right across the street is convenient and 20 minutes from Crash Boat in Aguadilla. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

This was my third time staying here and third times a charm, actually so were the second and first times ! The rental is exactly as it shows, everything you need for a comfortable stay. There’s also a cooler, boogie board, and folding chairs to use during your stay. This spot was perfect for me, quiet, steps to the beach, pool, close to attractions like Crash Boat Beach, the town of Rincon where there’s multiple beaches one just as beautiful as the next. Fall asleep listening to the waves. I walked the beach daily collecting a wide variety of shells. There’s a local ice cream shop that’s absolutely delicious! On the weekends there’s local vendors that gather and sell a variety of items from food, to artwork, wood carvings, clothing, etc. Thursday afternoon/evening in Rincon square there a weekly art festival that’s a must experience. There is so much to experience in this area. Enjoy!
