Villa vacation rentals in Guana Bay Beach

The place was perfect, and the view and backyard were the highlights of our stay! We were just 5 to 10 minutes away from the best beaches and activities on the French side. The supermarket and an amazing bakery were only about 4 minutes down the road, along with a wine store. On the first day, I struggled to get my phone to work with Google Maps because I hadn't informed my cell phone company that I would be traveling abroad. However, the hosts were incredibly helpful in assisting me. The husband stayed on the phone with me the entire time, which made a world of difference since I was really anxious about my first Airbnb experience in the Caribbean. Once I sorted out the issue with my cell carrier, we were able to navigate all over the island easily. I would definitely stay here again, and I can't wait to come back!

From the time we booked the property, the host was very easy to reach and immensely helpful. Angie was waiting for us at the house when we arrived and answered our questions. The home was perfectly situated in a lovely private drive, but only 3-5mins walk to what felt like a private beach. We loved everything about this property from start to finish and appreciated the proximity to restaurants in Nettlé Bay and the grocery store. We can hardly wait for our next visit and hope to stay in this home once again.

Manoj's place was serene, peaceful and a home away from home. The view was breath taking. I enjoyed waking up to beautiful green/blue waters. All amenities were available such as a kettle, toaster, pots, pans etc. There was even shampoo/conditioner and body wash. I needed an ironing board and an iron which was available. There is a dryer and washer. I enjoyed my stay tremendously even though there were a few flight's of stairs but amazing experience. I highly recommend!

This property is perfect for one or two couples. Ideally located near Marigot and Grand Case, and within 30 minutes to Orient and Anse Marcel. Beautiful views of Marigot Port area and coastline from the generous wrap around porch. Tess and team are some of the best hosts we've ever encountered. (we've stayed at more than one dozen villas throughout the Caribbean). H The Welcome Book is fit for professional publication. Extremely good detail on restaurants, shopping, TTD'S, etc. Decent pool and surrounding patio. Interior of villa is new and fresh and clean. All things work! Quiet neighbors (not a place to bring loud friends) The French side Rocks and this Villa is perfect in all ways. We will be back.

A great villa, centrally located just outside Grand Case. Spotless and well equipped. Véronique was very responsive to any and all questions. Highly recommend!

Very nice house. 2 min walk to the sea and shops

I want to start by giving a shout-out to the stellar hosts. They addressed an issue with the stove extremely promptly. After we left, Yulia notified me that I had left my headphones at the property and came to the airport to drop them off. That was truly above and beyond service and I am extremely appreciative. The property is well maintained and the view is gorgeous. The air conditioners were able to quickly cool the house when we returned from a day exploring. The driveway is a tad steep but nothing unmanageable, we were able to drive up to the apartment in a 2-wheel drive rental car. We stayed here for 10 days, half of the time working remotely and half on vacation. The wifi connection was stable and I had multiple video calls without issue. There was no dedicated work space but I used the kitchen table (and got to enjoy the view!) The only downside was another balcony located above the porch. It did not feel as private as we would have hoped. All said, we enjoyed our stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. This was our first time to St. Martin. The house was perfect for us and even more beautiful in person. The view is amazing. They island was amazing. A short walk down the hill to access the beach, restaurants and stores was great. Dan and Flo were wonderful, helpful and very responsive. Would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in this area. We can't wait to come back!

Villa Livity was a dream! This lovely large six-bedroom vacation home was perfect for our extended family. It was quiet and clean with the bonus of a secluded pool. Isa was so easy to work with during check-in and responded to our questions within seconds. The Villa had everything we needed, including beach and pool towels, and was located only a few minutes' walk to the beach, the market and the local restaurants. Our family of 12 was very comfortable and happy and we will definitely return!

The pictures do not do this house justice. From the open-air concept of the house to the stunning views off the back deck. You will not be disappointed with renting this villa. The villa is located within walking distance to many great restaurants and a grocery store right across the street. The level of service provided by Léa and Chloe was exemplary. From pre-arrival communications to personalized recommendations for local attractions and dining, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. Léa was always available to assist with any request, whether it was organizing the rental car, setting up a taxi, or booking a boat for the day. Villa Mumbai surpassed all our expectations. It provided a perfect backdrop for a truly memorable vacation. We can't wait to return!

The house was great! Very clean, beautiful kitchen, amazing outdoor living space, great views and loved the access to the water! We came with two couples and two toddlers and the place had everything we needed! Perfect location right on the water, close to Orient Beach area and very easy to get to Pinel Island either by kayak or by the ferry boat. We will definitely stay again! Thank you!

One of the best stays I’ve ever had on Airbnb! The villa was even more beautiful than the pictures — spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I especially loved the stunning view and the outdoor shower, which made the experience feel even more special. Our host Marie was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Philippe’s place was amazing! I cannot say enough nice things about this house and our wonderful host! The bedrooms were spacious, each with their own private bathroom. Our favourite area was the outdoor space, it was incredible. The house was approx a 15 min walk to Orient Bay beach and surrounding area with cafes, a small supermarket and beautiful restaurants. Philippe was a wonderful host and very quick with responding whenever we needed him. He was in touch from the moment we landed and gave us clear instructions to get to the house. Once we arrived he greeted us and showed us around our stay so we immediately felt at home. The space is exactly like the photos if not better! Cannot wait to return some time in the near future! Incredible house and location, the pictures on the site do not do it justice. Everything about the house was perfect, the decks face the sunset and two different beaches, that are easy to walk to down designated paths. Both beaches are gorgeous and have great swimming and snorkeling. The house was extremely clean and well equipped, it even has two expresso makers! The pool is beautiful and has a waterfall to a second lower level. The AC worked well and the wifi was extremely fast. The location is amazing, half way between Marigot and Grand Case, which is the gourmet center of the island. Grand case was an easy (one road) ten minute drive. Sarah was a fantastic host, she responded quickly to any questions and sent us photos and videos to make sure that we could find the house. Any request or question was answered immediately and she gave us great recommendations for the area. We are already planning our return to this house next year! We will definitely be back...Thanks, Sarah!

Great place for a family with kids. 3 big rooms. A big living room area off the kitchen to hang out in. Great to have a pool when little ones are napping. The lounge chairs are super comfortable. Very walkable. Minutes to the beach and restaurants. A 5 minute drive to the big super market. 10 minutes to Anse cove and the Pinel island ferry. Super convenient and tons to do we couldn't do everything we wanted. Will be back.

This Airbnb was beautiful ! Such a calm stay , view is beautiful everything was clean ! The pool was perfect ! I would stay here again . They provide everything you need . The host are super responsive, it was great !

Jolanda and Maarten were very helpful, met us af the house for check-in, explained things, and showed us around. We did have an internet issue and an air conditioning issue with one room, but they were quick to come up with a solution and attentive. The house is clean and well appointed with kitchen items. They had beer, wine, water, and soda in the fridge and that was a lovely touch after a long day of travel! There was a stack of pool/beach towels which we were thankful for. There are some spices, coffee filters, etc so that was also convenient. Beds were comfortable and rooms all provided great privacy. Bring your own soap and shampoos. Master bedroom is up a large flight of stairs, so not appropriate for someone with mobility issues. While we were close to eateries and the beach, it was just a bit too far and uphill for our group so a car was a must and used daily. It would have been nice to have beach or pool items, or board games at the house for future guests! Wonderful place!

Wow. Let’s just start there! Went to St Martin and rented this beauty for several days for my birthday. The pictures do not do it justice, the home is STUNNING, impeccably and thoughtfully decorated, very safe and the cherry on top: the entire home smells divine! The beds are the best I’ve slept on in an airbnb. The home is fully stocked with everything you can imagine. Vanessa even left a bowl of adapters for us - so thoughtful. Vanessa was super responsive, provided recommendations and answered all questions. We absolutely enjoyed our first time traveling to St Martin and WILL be back. Highly, highly recommend!!

This place is amazing. Feels like a luxury hotel yet is a villa. Like brand new. service level is outstanding. Anything you want they are there for you. Is waiting to greet you and every day available to answer questions about the island or book reservations for you. Includes cleaning staff..pool guy and groundskeeper. Happy Bay is a 10 min walk along a path and we'll worth it for swimming in clear turquoise water with very few people on the beach. He even had beverages in the frig for our use all week..lots of them. Large grocery store about 10 min drive. Rent a car and it will include someone waiting at the airport for you and your rental will be sitting at the villa for you. Bring mosquito spray ..they are tiny but annoying. You won't be disappointed in renting Villa Be Happy..it is luxurious.

This was such a beautiful place to stay, the pictures don't do it justice. The outside area included an outdoor shower, a perfect place to rinse off after day at the beach. The pool was a great size and the kids went swimming multiple times a day. The area around the pool was beautiful with areas of both shade it sun. We got to see many geckos and even a large iguana which enjoyed the sunshine on the fence. The kitchen had everything we needed, the host even provided some water and juice in the fridge upon arrival. All the bathrooms had rainshowers and the host provided soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. The host was very easy to get ahold of and answered any questions we had. This was the perfect home for us, we would love to stay here again in the future!
