When you step out of the apartment, you are right in the large courtyard, which is occupied in the warm months and has a gentleman bar. There is a celebration outside in summer. Grünstadt is centrally located with highway connection. The place is a perfect starting point for hiking and biking. In the house is a bakery with cafe, in the immediate neighborhood there is a butcher shop. There is free parking space and a lockable bicycle parking space.
