On the first floor is the living/dining room with a fireplace as well as the kitchen room with a spiral staircase to the top floor. In addition, there is the bathroom with large shower, toilet and washing machine as well as a bedroom with workplace and double bed (120 cm). In the studio of the attic is another bed (180 cm) and a large roof terrace.

We built the Blue Villa to make people happy: first our children and now our guests who enjoy the incredibly peaceful atmosphere and the breathtaking view over the wine route. The apartment in the basement offers 50 square meters of living space for couples who want to be completely private. A king-size bed invites you to cuddle. A simple kitchen complements the lovingly designed ambiance. Under the canopy of old oaks lies your private outdoor area of around 100 square meters.

Tino‘s Tiny House ist ein kleines, eigenständiges Häuschen im Wormser Vorort Weinsheim. Der Ort lädt zum Entspannen ein: - ein Spaziergang am Eisbach - ein Abstecher in die Brauerei Sander - Sonnenuntergänge zwischen Weinreben und Feldern - fußläufige Spielplätze für Kinder Uvm. Die Lage ist optimal um Worms zu erkunden. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5-10 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Auch die nächst größeren Städte wie Mannheim, Heidelberg, Mainz und Frankfurt sind gut zu erreichen.

Together with our two children and two rabbits, Roman and I live in the old natural stone house with a beautiful garden and rent out our adjoining apartment with a view of the countryside. Since we like to travel with Airbnb ourselves - preferably to the North Sea, as our furnishing style sometimes shows - we are now looking forward to guests ourselves! You can shower in a red wine barrel and at night you don't have to go out if you need to. Electricity and water are of course available. When it's warm, it's also worth visiting the swimming pool.
