If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Split, then I highly encourage this bijou villa in Klis. Beautifully decorated, high quality linen, exceptional views across Split. The main house is ideal for a couple plus two children sharing a room, the second tiny ‘honeymoon villa’ is just across the path was perfect for our teenager so she could have her own space (and own WiFi). Parking close to the villa wasn’t easy with very narrow roads (get a small car) but providing you are able bodied the short 2 minute uphill walk is totally doable. Bruna the host was extremely responsive and we met the helpful home owner too when he came to clean the pool and replace gas bottle. We also had a nice surprise of a mid holiday cleaner who changed the beds, towels and emptied bins. WiFi doesn’t extend to pool area or upstairs bedrooms but is a good strength downstairs and in the ‘honeymoon villa’. Fabulous experience, would highly recommend.

Our stay at Villa Pauletta was incredible. The villa is beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable—exactly like the photos, if not better. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk from Diocletian’s Palace and all the historic sights, with amazing restaurants and cafes all around. Yet, despite being so central, the villa felt peaceful and private—like a hidden retreat in the heart of the city. What really made the experience exceptional, though, was Tomi, our host. He was friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. Whether it was offering local recommendations, answering questions quickly, or just checking in to ensure everything was perfect, Tomi’s hospitality was first-class. We absolutely loved our time here and would highly recommend Villa Pauletta to anyone visiting Split!

The house was wonderful - stylish and well thought out and also really homely. We loved the outside area for meals and chilling out and the owners had thought of everything to make it a really comfortable stay. Our 3 children, 15, 13 and 11 thought it was awesome too and they can be difficult to please 😂. Great location in a lovely village with a small supermarket a short walk away. Tomislav gave us great recommendations for local restaurants, beaches and islands to visit. We had a really amazing holiday.

Marijana was an amazing host, she responded to every query so quickly. She was so helpful recommending places for us to go, taxi companies, supermarkets, just everything. The villa was incredible, very clean, & comfortable. Lots of appliances, fridge space, boards for dining. She has just thought of it all. We came as a group of 8 girls & villa is more than great value for money! We will definitely be returning! Thank you ☺️

Villa Sima in Makarska is the perfect choice for a holiday in Croatia! A modern, spacious villa impresses with its cleanliness and comfort. The area encourages sightseeing – from the beaches of the Adriatic to the Krka National Park. It's a great place for families and groups looking for comfort and the Croatian climate! We were on vacation with a group of 10, including 5 adults and 5 children. The apartment was clean and had enough space for all of us. Large terrace area, swimming pool and hot tub were in heavy use. The apartment is located on a slope but down to the village was a suitable about 15-minute walk. Warm recommendation for the place if you are going to Makarska!

A wonderful week in this beautiful house. Bombo and Marija have been amazing hosts for us, they brought us some bread every day and recommanded nice places to visit. The house is great, we spent our time outside, near the pool or on the terrace. Thank you for your hospitality !

Jelena and Duje are fantastic hosts nothing is too much trouble at all. The house is spotless and has everything you need and more we were even left toilet rolls, washing powder , foil etc Would recommend highly and would book again! Thank you for a fantastic stay in your beautiful home.

Lovely villa with lots of activites inside the villa. Huge garden which was nice. About 15-20 minutes taxi to downtown which we had no issue with booking and was very cheap. Gordan was a great and friendly host, answered all our questions and had great recommendations. We had a great time at his villa.

I have celebrated my birthday at the villa and our experience exceeded any expectations. The villa is stunning, beautifully decorated, private, spotless clean, with short walking distance to the sea and local restaurants. It’s only a short drive to Split or Trogir. But what made our stay unforgettable is the host! Edita made us feel home, helped with any questions and recommendations, anything we needed was given to us instantly. She greeted us with a delicious birthday cake, cookies and juice, which was a wow moment. She is so accommodating, attentive and caring that I can’t imagine a better host. I would totally recommend her and her villa to everyone as experience with Edita is worth every cent you’ve spent. And we will be happy to come back again!

In this accommodation we were able to spend a nice holiday with the family, because despite the shared house, we had a private space thanks to the individual sleep and bathroom. The beach is a leisurely walk away, but very strenuous to get back to the place as it is on a hill. That's why we needed a taxi to get there. In Makarska you can do a lot, we never got bored. We felt very welcome at check-in. Thank you for having us!

Zan's place was lovely! We were passing through Split and crashed there for one night. We arrived a bit late and he was very kind about it. The view is epic and the pool very dreamy! The hill driving up to the spot is very windy and take a while to get up,so just know that and you'll be great! 100% would stay again!

Maggie & her husband were super friendly and helpful with our questions and requests. We enjoyed the pool a lot as well as the outdoor grill place. Thanks! Due to location would recommend to rent a car for that place.

We loved our stay at this property. The location was fantastic, in a small village a short drive from the larger town of Omis. The villa itself was beautiful, and wonderfully clean. The outside amenities including the pool and the spa were so lovely after a day's exploring. Marin met us on arrival, and showed us around the property which was very helpful and welcoming. The area was stunning, with so much variety and lots to see and do. We particularly enjoyed our Zipline experience in Omis, and horse riding at Scuderia Montana in nearby Dubrava. All in all, a fantastic stay, thank you!

We spent 6 days to 10 in the villa and we are totally thrilled. The accommodation is very modern and spacious and the location just fantastic. Communication with the landlords was flawless and hassle-free. We were even allowed to check in 2 hours earlier and were allowed to stay longer on the day of departure. The heated pool, which was worth gold in May, is also worth mentioning. We would always come back! :-)

We had an amazing stay at the villa. Everything was just as described, and we particularly liked that all of the rooms were ensuite. The outdoor area was at least as beautiful as on the pictures, we were happy to use the barbecue place outside and loved the pool. Communication was very easy and flexible. We definitely recommend the villa as a great place for a vacation with friends.

This is our second year in the row renting the house. We love it and hope to come back again. Mihovil is a great host. He is very helpful and generous. He bought groceries for us when we arrived late from the airport. He also made dinner for us with local delicacies. It is very easy to have contact with him. The house is very big and perfect for a large party of people. The outside area is very good for children since it is secluded. Our children had a lot of fun in the pool area. The surroundings are beautiful. The stoone beach, wich is in walking distances, was lovely. There are restaurants close by. It is perfect to be able to buy newly baked bread in the store on the ground floor of the house. We walked with our 4 and 5 year old children to the beach and town. We also took a boot trip on the river that I recommend everyone to do.

Wonderful location with a spectacular view particularly at sunset. The house was very well appointed and very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and bedroom was very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Stunning villa with an amazing view. Immaculately clean throughout and lots of space with great amenities. We loved the Konoba for cooking. Communication from the host was great. Only slight downsides was the tricky road to get up to the property (due to road closure on the usual road) but Kristel met us downtown to show us the way on our arrival, also we personally found the pool a bit on the chilly side as it hadn't yet got really hot in Croatia, Kristel did adjust the temperature but it didn't make much difference!

Well what can I say other than you won’t be disappointed with this villa if you like beautiful views and a quiet area. Well situated for driving to Split, Trogir, Omiš and Krka national park, also only 30 mins from airport. Ivan was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed even dropped off a toaster as we couldn’t find one in the kitchen! A beautiful country and a beautiful villa. Villa well equipped and we had everything we needed.

We had a magical stay at Petar's house. The house fit all 11 of us extremely well and was well suited to a beautiful family vacation. The pool was beautiful and very spacious and our kids had a wonderful time playing in it. The surrounding vistas of the mountains only added to the ambiance. Petar's son was extremely communicative and gave us a number of great suggestions as to what to visit and we felt extremely well taken care of. We absolutely loved Croatia and are definitely coming back!

Our stay in Bol was nothing short of delightful, primarily thanks to the charming two-bedroom Villa . The view from the balcony was absolutely superb, offering a stunning panorama that we enjoyed every day. Lounging in the sun, sipping coffee, and soaking in the breathtaking scenery was an everyday highlight. TheVilla itself was the perfect size for our needs. It was cozy and comfortable, making it an ideal retreat after exploring the beautiful town of Bol. The two bedrooms were well-appointed, providing ample space for relaxation. The location couldn't have been better. We were just a short walk from the beach and local amenities, yet the apartment was situated in a peaceful area, ensuring a restful stay. Overall, this villa is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to experience Bol. With its unbeatable views, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay in Split thanks to this place! Everything was perfectly as advertised, or even better. The house is very well equipped, clean, functional and ideal for a group. The pool and hot tub offer beautiful views of the city, a real slice of paradise. Karlo was very responsive to booking and very good advice by offering us beautiful places.
