We had the most amazing time at the Villa it was better than the pictures when we got there. Grazia communicated really well and gave great instructions on how to get there. The pool the rooms everything was perfect. There was of 6 us in our groups 3 couples and we enjoyed nights by the pool and a few dinners in town at Ceglie.M great little town. We did a few day trips to Ostuni Alberobello Monopoli and many more. There were great grocery stores which Grazia told us about and we made that a fun outing going to do the shopping. You definitely need a car if you stay in this area and this villa. We loved our adventure and it was a bucket list experience being in this region and enjoying its culture. Thank you

Villa Batu is a beautiful place to stay in the Puglia area. Two wonderful big bedrooms, and a great kitchen with lots of useful utensils (most well equipped kitchen we have stayed in). The outside area was really the star of the show though; there were multiple areas to sit to capture the sun throughout the whole day. A wonderful outdoor dining area, sun loungers and comfy seats throughout. The pool was superb. The location is peaceful, quite and serene. Would highly recommend a car as there aren't any shops/restaurants, etc. within walking distance nor any buses. Note for future guests - use Google Maps to navigate to 'Villa Batu' (it takes you directly there). Ilaria, the host, was excellent - responsive to communication, kind and helpful. And Michele, the caretaker, was also very helpful and good communication. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend this wonderful location and Villa Batu - it really is one not to miss!

What a find!! This beautiful Apulian villa nestled among the olive groves of Ostuni was beyond all of our expectations!! The home , including an historical Trulo and luxurious pool are immaculate ; surrounded by pristine gardens all natural and organic. The white washed city of Ostuni is minutes away offering an abundance of restaurants, shopping and historical sites. Beautiful beaches are a short drive away with soft sandy beaches and the beautiful clear waters of the Adriatic Sea. Barbara and her husband were extremely helpful and always available to help in any way! Barbara's recommendations were spot on and she even went out of her way to make reservations for us at restaurants, cooking classes and wine tours! I highly recommend this amazing villa for your next vacation!

We had a great vacation at Villa Grandi Fiori. The location is ideal: a stone's throw from the charming village of Oria, in the heart of Puglia, a perfect base for exploring the region. The villa is really superb: spacious, comfortable and tastefully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped, which allowed us to cook with pleasure during our stay. Several terraces surround the house, perfect for enjoying the sun or shade at any time of day. The garden, entirely surrounded by hedges, offered us total privacy and absolute tranquility – a true haven of peace. Thank you to Ingrid and Piet for your warm welcome. It was a pleasure to meeting you. Villa Grandi Fiori is undoubtedly a place where you already dream of returning!

We enjoyed our stay. A beautiful accommodation on a large private property. The house is thoughtfully designed and the bedrooms very stylish with nice beds. Everything was clean, including the terrace and pool!. Interim cleaning including towels and bedding. The Hostess Tatiana responded very quickly and enthusiastically. It was a wonderful two weeks!

Lovely Villa to stay! Very spacious, modern and luxuriously furnished, making us feel completely at home. The villa is located in a quiet area, so you have complete privacy. Within 15 minutes you are in Ostuni or other nice places in the area. Comfortable beds by the pool, and various seats outside. We were with four people, but also with six you can stay here fine and there is plenty of space. The decor is great, beautiful furniture and art on the wall, we enjoyed it here!

We stayed in mid-May and found this a beautiful place to stay, with both the tastefully renovated property itself and all the outside areas being clearly well maintained and cared for. Trullo Lilia is a peaceful and relaxing oasis yet only a very short drive from two lovely towns with a variety of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Also, we can’t heap enough praise on Viviana our Welcome Manager who provided lots of local info and help, as well as promptly sorting an issue with the water heating she brought to our attention on arrival.

We had a great stay! The Airbnb was spacious, modern, beautifully renovated, and spotless. We really appreciated how easy it was to access the apartment. Alessandro was extremely responsive and always attentive to our needs. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town. Parking was easy to access and free, which was a big plus. The bed — and really everything — was super comfortable. The city itself felt a bit quiet in April, but the square had a nice vibe and the people were absolutely lovely. Definitely recommend!

"Stylish Urban Escape – Perfect Location, Firm Mattress Heads-Up" The Good: 📍 Prime location – Just a short walk to restaurants and all the city buzz. ✨ Beautiful apartment – Immaculately clean, modern, and stylish, with amazing rooftop access. 🔒 Total privacy – Felt like a secluded retreat despite being downtown. One Note (for light sleepers): 🛏️ The bed's mattress was much firmer than I expected – I usually don’t fuss over mattresses, but this one had me relocating to the couch (which worked, but wasn’t ideal). That said, my travel companion loved it, so it’s clearly a personal preference! If you prefer a softer mattress, this might not be your perfect match. Final Verdict: Despite the bed’s firmness, our stay was excellent—great space, fantastic location, and everything spotless. Would happily recommend, with the above caveat for fellow soft-mattress lovers!

We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. The kitchen in the apartment is the best and most thoroughly stocked we have ever experienced in our travels. Pierangelo is a wonderful host and do yourself a favour and have dinner at his restaurant Il Fico!

The photographers house was nothing short of an exceptional stay. The property surpassed expectations and is more impressive in person than in the photos, the interior design and photography are beautiful. It is very spacious and well equipped with everything you might need for a great holiday. The location is 10/10, in the heart of the old town and the views of the port are superb. Fabrizio was very friendly and so helpful, he met us at the train station on arrival and assisted us with our luggage. Similarly, he helped us with our luggage upon departure and dropped our suitcases to the train station by car. He also assisted us with booking taxis etc during our stay. Check in was brilliant, with a comprehensive bar, brilliant coffee machine and all of the basic ingredients for cooking included. We loved our stay, and would recommend the photographers house for anyone looking for an elevated Monopoli experience. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful accommodation that perfectly met our expectations, it was very clean, ideally located to discover the region. The city of Ceglie Messapica is very nice, many restaurants nearby. We thank the hosts for their many attentions that facilitated our arrival: water available, juice, cookies, coffee... We received very good recommendations from them. The street is quite difficult to access but there are parking lots nearby. An extra window would have been a plus.

The apartment is really beautiful, and the town of Carovigno is gorgeous. Rosa Maria was really easy to communicate with and very kindly let us check in early. A great stay!

The apartment decor, location, parking availability and hosts were all excellent. The digital guide book that was provided was a great resource as we explored Puglia. Highly recommend.

Casa Greco is very nicely decorated, furnished and well equipped. It’s about a 10 minute walk down the hill to the centre of Ostuni. Mela was a very helpful and communicative host and responded quickly with our queries. Just one thing to note, there are quite a lot of steep steps within the property, so it might not suit everyone, but we enjoyed our stay there. Thank you!

Pleasant accommodation on the ground floor, 12 minutes walk from the center. The terrace and parking are a real plus. The apartment is spacious, nicely decorated, and Michele is very friendly and helpful. A few small maintenance and equipment adjustments would make everything perfect, but overall we were very pleased with our stay.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Leonardo’s property! Nestled in a peaceful olive grove, the home offered the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. We especially loved starting each day with an espresso on the patio, surrounded by nature and calm. The house itself was spotless, well-maintained, and an incredible value for the price. Just a short 10-minute drive to the beach, we were able to enjoy the beach daily, while also taking advantage of the many excellent restaurants nearby and in the charming downtown of Monopoli. Leonardo was a wonderful host—warm, accommodating, and extremely responsive. He even welcomed us with a bottle of wine, which was such a thoughtful touch! Monopoli proved to be the ideal base for exploring the region. We took day trips to Bari, Lecce, Matera, and Alberobello—all easily accessible by car (which we definitely recommend having) We truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend!

Francesco was great! The location was awesome and our sunrise morning on the rooftop was amazing. He went above and beyond as our bags were delayed by the airline. We had a tour set up the day the airline wanted to bring them. He allowed us to give his name as the contact and he met the air line courier at the location and brought our bags in! He was so great! Love everything about the stay and would recoomend it highly to anyone.

WAO was a spectacular experience!From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how beautiful the place is. Every detail of the decor is impeccable, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. The bed and room are comfortable and visually charming, ideal for resting. The bathroom is amazing, spacious and totally spotless. The ventilation and lighting of the space is excellent and the kitchen had everything you needed to prepare breakfast. We used it as a strategic point to tour southern Puglia, which made the location even more convenient. Parking was not a problem, we always found space and it was safe. It is important to consider that there are stairs to climb, but they did not affect the experience. I definitely recommend it 100% and would come back without thinking about it. It was a place that exceeded all expectations.
