This place is a hidden gem! The town is beautiful, the people are very friendly. We only stayed one night, next time we will stay longer. How Airbnb should be: great attention from the host, a very comfortable homely apartment at a good price. Fully recommend staying here, relaxing and discovering the area which is so rich in history and culture.

The apartment that Andrea offers is cozy, relaxing and in a very quiet and safe area. Andrea is very welcoming, allows you to use the fireplace and barbecue and is always available for clarification and advice. Beautiful experience.

Me and my friend stay for Pierluigi’s for a week for attending Inside Flow European summit event. Even though we didn’t get to meet him in person, he was very informative and helpful… the explanation of location and everything was clear and easy to follow step by step. He even check on us when we didn’t show up on the arrival time that we have informed him, which made us feel the care. The place is very cute, clean and cozy…Location is easy to walk to catch public transport and supermarkets and restaurants. He had recommended us for few restaurants but we only end up went to 1 place for 3 times 😊 (love the Tortellini in brodo Modena style so much) However, we feel comfortable (feel like home) throughout the stay. And highly recommended Teerarat from Thailand

Wonderful experience! Valentino's house goes far beyond expectations. Clean, tidy, elegant and complete with everything. Too bad we only spent one night there, we will definitely be back. If you want to spend romantic days of total relaxation, Valentino's house is perfect.

It starts with communication with Massimiliano who responds quickly and is very accommodating, then a very nice welcome with him and his father. They are very kind and explain well in detail. The Lila villa is simply one of the most beautiful place I had the pleasure to visit. Luigino is a great host and I couldn’t recommend enough to stay at his place. We highly recommend this home. It is set in a what feels like Tuscany, yet only 20-30 mins drive to the Colosseum. We will be coming back and bringing other families.

We had a great stay at Stefano’s place. He was extremely responsive and thoughtful. The house was very clean and well set up. We enjoyed opening the windows to a beautiful view and fresh air. The playground was great for our small children.

Host was very nice. This place is super cute. Very stylish and fashionably decorated. Nice bathroom. Very close to most attractions. Host was accommodating with securing transfers from airport to apartment and holding luggage at checkout. However, it was cumbersome to find a taxi at departure (to our next destination). In apartment booklet on Wi-Fi, was helpful. Lots of stairs but Joey was kind to transport our luggage. Five stars. If ever in Rome, I'd stay here 10 out of 10!

This was a great spot near Campo de' Fiori market. Edoardo and his assistant were great to work with, very responsive and helpful (helped us carry our suitcase up the stairs!) The apartment was nice and clean and the outside terrace made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is great with endless walkable destinations. Approx. 30 min walk to Vatican or Colosseum.

Francesca was always super helpful with useful recommendations and always available to answer our questions. The space is located in an excellent location that allowed us to walk around Rome easily. In addition, the apartment has everything we need, and the only thing we felt was the floor a little dirty but nothing problematic. Thank you, Francesca, for having us :)

We had a great stay in the apartment. Salvatore's instructions were crystal clear and so helpful. The host was always responsive, friendly and suggested us places to eat (which was a super saver for us). The place is near to both the bus stop and the tram stop. The apartment was very clean, decorations were beautiful. Perfect place to stay and roam around roma and enjoy! Definitely recommend!

Staying here was fantastic! We were met and helped to understand everything about the space and the area. The AC worked perfectly and the bed was comfy. It had charm and amenities and was very comfortable and clean. Laura and Roberto were wonderful- kind and responsive.

Had a wonderful 4 night stay at L'Olivaia. After 4 hectic days in the city it was wonderful to relax in peaceful surroundings. The villa is beautiful with a huge amount of space with fascinating artwork all around. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also large, clean and very comfortable. We had a great time in the large outside area, played and cooled off in the pool, and picked fresh lemons for our drinks. The hosts were very response and friendly. We would definitely return. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The location was peaceful and quiet—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. One of the true highlights was the outdoor living area, complete with a beautiful pool that made every moment feel like a retreat. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was our host, Claudia. She was incredibly kind and responsive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel like part of her family. Her warmth and hospitality truly set this stay apart. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a tranquil getaway with a gracious, welcoming host and a beautiful space to enjoy, this is it!

Immaculate accommodation in beautiful surroundings. The views are incredible. The hosts were very thoughtful and the house was large and had almost everything one would want. The hosts live in a house across the courtyard. The pool is clean and good for swimming with comfortable loungers all overlooking that view. Last but definitely not least there is a friendly, silly labrador called Gino to make you feel at home. Thank you Luigia, Armando and Gino.

The home is a charming mix of old world decor and modern amenities. Laura was the consummate host—very responsive, friendly and professional. The house is in a neighborhood, so you will hear barking dogs from time to time. There are two grocery stores a short walk away. And we found it quite easy to get wherever we needed to go from there in our rental car (for which secure parking was also available). Our only complaint was that the beds were too firm for our old bodies (all in our 70’s).

Our stay at Diana’s and Mario's home was truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed and cared for. The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures — full of charm, perfectly clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Diana's thoughtful touches — delicious food, excellent wine, and her genuine kindness — made us feel right at home. The location is perfect for exploring Rome, and coming back to such a cozy and peaceful place after a busy day was a true pleasure. We are deeply grateful for this experience and would love to return one day. Thank you, Diana and Mario, for making our Easter holiday so special!

Giovanna was an excellent host and quickly accessible at all times. The house is very nice with a very nice large garden with old trees such as olive trees and other trees. Right next to the house is the parking space in the shade. The pool is in the middle of the garden and there are beautiful shady places to linger on the provided loungers. Here you can really relax after sightseeing in Rome or Tivoli and end the day with good wine and food. Fantastic. The house is new and very tastefully decorated inside and equipped with air conditioning, which we did not use. The new washing machine and dishwasher have also proven useful. The beds are also excellent for sleeping. In summary, it was a fantastic stay.

This place greatly added to our vacation. We came to Claudio’s villa after a few days in Venice. Claudio’s place was exactly as described and so much more. The beautiful outdoor space provided a tranquil setting for us to retreat to after touring with the crowds in Rome. We enjoyed the quiet life of the oceanfront town and its easy walkable access to grocery stores, restaurants and the beach. But the real gem was our access to Claudio. Not only did Claudio provide a respite but also all the extras : a fully stocked refrigerator with everything needed to make our first meal as well as daily transfers and pickup to and from the train station. He also took us to the airport at 4am. We throughly enjoyed our stay and we would book with Claudio again without hesitation. Thank you for your hospitality.
