Our house is located in the historic village center of Bischleben, a district of the state capital Erfurt. The quiet location on the Gera River on the edge of the Steigerwald in connection with the proximity to the city and the good transport connections offers an ideal starting point for visits to Erfurt and the surrounding area, as well as for hiking and biking excursions. The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt Hochparterre in einem alten Speichergebäude der ehemaligen Gartenbaufirma Benary. Der Gewölbekeller als Grund des Hause ist Ende des 16. Jahrhunderts errichtet worden. Das Fachwerkhaus darüber wurde um 1850 neu errichtet und in den letzten Jahren komplett hochwertig saniert. Alle Innenwände der Außenhülle des Hauses sind mit Lehmputz gearbeitet und sorgen somit für ein angenehmes Raumklima.
