Quiet house on the lagoon in a nice quiet environment. As a base for surfing and relaxing just the right place!

The residence is according to advertisement, but at night the rooms are hot. The location is excellent, has nearby grocery stores and restaurants.

The house is complete, cozy atmosphere, and goes beyond what it shows in the photos. It is perfect. Full kitchen and with all accessories for use, outdoor area with all barbecue utensils, brewery works well, in addition to the hammocks available and clean for rest. Tati worried every morning about leaving for us breads and beiju. In addition to all the attention given. There were two co-hosts Nathi and Silvana who also gave us good support. All areas of the house are super usual. We felt at home, we enjoyed the carnival period in a very quiet way, where we could easily get around between Aracati, Canoa and Majorlândia of uber and in the days we wanted more quiet we stayed at home. The swimming pool and shower and outdoor area to relax and enjoy with the class was the ideal place. Space leaves nothing to be desired. I want to come back again and again. And I've recommended it to several friends.

The beach is very beautiful, calm and the water is very warm, perfect for relaxing. On the beach there are lounges with hammocks in the water, you don't want to leave. We took advantage of the house space very well, with a barbecue, swimming pool... kitchen utensils, etc. Nice rooms, air conditioning working perfectly, especially on a hot day, when night came the air conditioning worked very well!!! Showers with strong and heated water. Anyway, we will definitely be back, we love the house, the beach and the city. The place is beautiful! The strong point is the paradisiacal view which brings mta peace and well-being! The house is well equipped and has everything you need for a stay of comfort. The place is perfect for those who want to rest in a practically desert place and with a breathtaking view! The weaknesses are q is not a good beach for bathing, there are many stones and access to it is not at all accessible, although deserted and paradisiacal! The double room shower did not come out hot water and the pool was dirty and with some leakage, as it greatly lowered the water level during our stay.

We loved Alexandrina and Charles' house. It's really just like the photos, you walk through the gate and you're at the sea. A calm and clean beach. Regina is wonderful, and she cooks incredibly well. We ate restaurant-worthy dishes. Alexandrina is always willing to help and responds super fast. The pool is wonderful! And having coffee/lunch with a sea view is indescribable. Comfortable beds and rooms! The only things are that the showers in the first two rooms hardly have any water, they need to be changed urgently and the last room has a strong smell of wood that needs to be looked at as well. But I think it's because it's new. We'll be back for sure. Thank you very much!

We had an amazing stay - sadly for just one night. Extremely friendly hosts - highly recommend the breakfast option. The place is just the right size for a comfortable and relaxed stay. Really enjoyed the chilled beach, seeing owels and an extremely comfortable bed. Would love to come back one day!

We were delighted with Icapuí. Rafael's beach house was a place of rest and communion for our family. Because it was "right on the sand," everyone had their freedom to do their own thing, whoever wanted to walk on the beach, walked, whoever wanted to take a bath in the sea, bathed, whoever preferred to stay in the pool, stayed, or slept, etc. The environments interact with each other. This was very good for us, as we were 8 adults. The beach is almost "private," you find very few people on it, only residents in the vicinity or guests of inns/Airbnb, there are no street vendors. The water is a good temperature, there are lots of shells. You can take a great walk. The house served us perfectly with its 4 bedrooms, 2 of which were suites, and a social bathroom (3 in total). Bed and bath linens were available, as well as pillows and games. The kitchen is equipped, has a microwave, sandwich maker, airfry, as well as plates, glasses, cutlery, pots and more. Rafael is very helpful and attentive, always keeping in touch.

The stay was wonderful, there is no defect. Perfect rooms, all the air perfectly freezing, the reception of the wonderful staff. We hired aparecida from the outside and highly recommend it. The house and stay was better than we thought. I highly recommend it.

Rosina's house is the most beautiful thing! Everything was impeccable and very clean. The view is the tranquility of the place enchants ! Single point would be access, important not to take too much stuff because it is in the middle of a cliff. Rosina is neg are very attentive , I look forward to returning!

We had a wonderful experience at Meny Blu's house. The house is brand new and well decorated. The Greek-style plastering gives a special charm. Everything in the house is very well thought out and equipped. There is a wide variety of crockery, cups, kitchen utensils and barbecue. All rooms are suites and have air-conditioning and a hairdryer, which shows the attention to detail and comfort of the guests. The contact with Adriana, the owner, was always very quick and careful from the beginning. Ray was responsible for receiving us, always making herself available and managing the cleaning and cooking services we hired (we highly recommend it). She even made me a birthday cake! 🥹 We woke up facing the sea, with a beautiful view. We had a lot of fun with the Stand Up Paddle that the house had. Anyway, we left there already wanting to set the date to go back! Thanks guys!

The house is in a great location. Easy access and allows you to reach other beaches in Icapuí. Quiet and great place for those with children. The sea is calm, even at high tide. Delicious pool and complete house.
