We offer a cozy, lovingly furnished apartment, renovated and newly furnished in 2023, in the basement of our house with its own entrance. 50 square meters are distributed over a spacious hall, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a living and sleeping area with kitchenette and dining area. Everything is there and included in the price. (Towels, bed sheets, fully automatic coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, dishes) All you have to do is live and enjoy. Underfloor heating provides cozy warmth.

Die Lage ist optimal um Worms zu erkunden. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5-10 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Auch die nächst größeren Städte wie Mannheim, Heidelberg, Mainz und Frankfurt sind gut zu erreichen.

The listing is particularly suitable as a holiday apartment for a small family/group. The city center of Wormser is only 6 km away and can be reached with a good connection (the next bus station is within 5 minutes walking distance). You can also enjoy extensive walks in nearby parks next to it.

Our apartment is new. It has a fully equipped small kitchen. The apartment is located in a quiet, Mediterranean-style backyard. In summer there is a seating area and a fireplace. Bikes can be stored in the yard or in our bicycle workshop. There are also tools for possible repairs and a power connection for e-bikes. We carry out wine tastings on request and by appointment. Breakfast is available on request, including vegan.
