Cozy and modern atmosphere in the renovated apartment (Anno 1880). The apartment is located on the first and second floor of the old farm and is 120m ² big. The farm is just before the entrance of Rysum, the beautiful old mill, can be viewed directly from the apartments windows. On the first floor is a fully equipped modern kitchen with a dining area. The two bedrooms, one with double bed(1.80m) and one with double bed (1.80m) and a single bed(0.90m) are located on the first floor and the bathroom with shower and toilet.On the second floor is the 50m2 large living areawhich is ideal for reading, playing games, watching TV or playing pool. We live on a farm in a quiet secluded location in the middle of East Frisia with our cattle, horses, chickens, dogs and cats. Shopping and restaurants are 2 km away. And plenty of bike paths to worthwhile destinations - swimming lakes, open-air museums, climbing park.... We'll be happy to give you tips. For our guests there are two bedrooms to choose from - a single bed and a queen size bed. We are non-smokers and ask our guests to refrain from smoking inside the house.

The approximately 60 m² attic apartment is located in a well-kept, listed townhouse in the city center of Aurich. The pedestrian zone as well as sports facilities with De Baalje or the harbor area are within walking distance. Close to shopping (food, drugstore). The proximity to the coast and the swimming lake Tannenhausen are perfect for day trips. The apartment was newly expanded and equipped in 2015/2016.

The Gulfhof offers you three spacious apartments in the middle of our East Frisian nature. We provide you bikes and boats to explore the beautiful surroundings. We would be happy to invite you to visit our nearby dairy farm. Both apartments each have a terrace with barbecue facilities in the spacious garden. In addition to good connections, we offer plenty of peace and recreation in nature.
