This 61 m² garden apartment offers space to arrive and breathe. It sits quietly and close to nature in Wandlitz, about a 5-minute walk from Lake Wandlitz, with a separate entrance and its own terrace. Swimming spot just around the corner: only 300 m away is a free bathing spot on Lake Wandlitz — steps lead into the lake right in the woods, and dogs are allowed in the water too. The apartment is intentionally designed for a maximum of two adults – not a family setup, but a place for retreat, focused work, or relaxed days out in nature. We place particular value on sustainability: the apartment runs on climate-friendly heating, modern boiler/heat-pump technology, and a solar system – for a good feeling throughout your stay.

In Schweinrich, on Lake Dranser, which is closed to motorboats, lies the romantic vacation home “Landlust,” featuring an idyllic, large garden and located 100 meters from the swimming area. Boathouse with private dock. Canoe, kayaks and sailing dinghy (sailing skills required) can be rented. Water, water, water, lots of greenery, great large terraces and walkways. The former fisherman's house is located on the outskirts of Flecken Zechlin, surrounded by large forests and countless lakes. The bright character of the house and the wild romantic garden invite you to (quiet) activities of all kinds. The water property with about 50 meters of waterfront is located on the small Zechiner See, the southern part of the Mecklenburg Lake District and is connected to the main waterway Baltic Sea - Berlin.

SeeYou - Modern cottage right on the lake

Your retreat on Lake Zootzensee: in the morning barefoot to your own jetty, jump into the water or paddle off with the boat. In the afternoon, watch the sunset in the hammock. Inside, large window fronts provide a lake panorama, the fireplace for crackling warmth. Summer and winter a place to breathe, dream and enjoy – in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The holiday resorts of Zechlinerhütte (about 4 km) and Rheinsberg as well as Flecken Zechlin (about 9 km) are in the immediate vicinity.

Our vacation home on the lake is relatively new and is now being rented for the first time. The location on the Great Zechliner See, one of the cleanest lakes in the region, promises relaxing days, all year round. This is also ensured by a sauna and, in fine weather, the garden, with a large terrace and Weber gas grill, as well as a SUP board. From many rooms you have direct lake views and the beach is only a 2-minute walk away :) Parties, bachelor parties or similar are not allowed here.

Tiny house at the edge of a meadow with sheep

At this location, you're surrounded by sheep, horses, and chickens. The cabin is located on the edge of an estate. From the large window of the cabin, you have a wonderful view of the flock of sheep, depending on the season. The region is perfect for hiking and cycling. There are several lakes and smaller bodies of water nearby. The tiny house is in a secluded location. There is a fire pit with a grill. We provide the ingredients for making campfire bread. There is firewood in the yard.

In the garden you will find 2 terraces, an outdoor hot tub with 35 degrees water temperature, a shed and 2 parking spaces.

Peace, sauna, forest walks, lakes and relaxation! We rent our natural property near Rheinsberg - almost 100 km from Berlin. There are two cozy houses (6 and 4 beds) that can be rented individually or together by families or friends. The property is quietly located on the edge of a small village. It is surrounded by dense forests and at least 7 lakes nearby. There are chickens, fresh eggs, tranquility, a wooden sauna with a bucket and stunning views over the alder forest.

The Black Lake is only allowed with electric boats and the nearest shopping is in Mirow, 5 km away. 2 SUPs for €15/day each can be booked.
