Market square cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. The apartment is located in a former horse stable, which has been lovingly restored by us. Nice little apartment in the Martinsviertel!

The 30 sqm bright apartment is located in the popular Darmstadt Martinsviertel. It was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2016. There is a separate entrance/exit to the apartment from the street. Guests are welcome to go out into the garden to relax. The tram to the main train station and the city, the city center and the Technical University of Darmstadt can be reached within 10 minutes. The apartment is rented by us for 2 days to a maximum of 1 month.

Das Zimmer ist ca. 30 qm groß und hat eine eigene, voll ausgestattete Küche über die man in das eigene Bad kommt. My accommodation is close to public transportation, parks, and the city center. You will love my accommodation because of its coziness. A very comfortable bed, quiet surroundings, yet central. My accommodation is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. There are two separate bedrooms. NON-SMOKING APARTMENT!!! Smoking is also not allowed on the terrace.
