Living in a farmhouse

You will be staying on the ground floor of the converted side building of the farm. Large garden with 2 ponies by a small stream. We produce wood chips for the heat on the farm. Here there are still 20 chickens with fresh eggs every day, 4 goats. Our dog Jule is very sweet. A small sauna and a swimming pool. The terrace, sitting area, fireplace in the garden are free of charge. Costs for sauna in addition €15 per sauna session for 2 people in consultation on site, or bookable is walking with the horses.

Unsere liebevoll eingerichtete Souterrain Ferienwohnung bietet Platz für zwei Personen. Euch erwartet ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Boxspringbett, ein modernes Bad und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Bei schönem Wetter könnt ihr draußen auf der Terrasse entspannen. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Untergeschoss unseres bewohnten Einfamilienhauses. Wir leben hier als Familie mit Kindern. In nur 5 Minuten seid ihr in der Natur – perfekt für Spaziergänge, auch mit Hund. Wir freuen uns auf euch!

Die Wohnung bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Erwachsene und 1 Baby. Im Schlafzimmer befinden sich ein Queensize-Bett (180 × 200 cm) und ein Boxspringbett (100 × 200 cm). Im Wohnzimmer steht ein Schlafsofa (130 × 200 cm) zur Verfügung. Ein Babybett stellen wir gerne bereit. Ideal für Familien, Geschäftsreisende und Gruppen.

Privates, helles Souterrain

In dieses gemütliche Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einer Schlafcouch kommt man über eine eigene kleine Terrasse. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral, 5 min vom Bahnhof, 10 min vom Marktplatz und 2 min von Feld und Wiesen entfernt. Das Zimmer ist ca. 30 qm groß und hat eine eigene, voll ausgestattete Küche über die man in das eigene Bad kommt. The listed building is nestled in a beautiful park landscape and offers a fantastic view over the valley – with the Odenwald right outside the front door. Ideal for hiking, biking or simply to relax and unwind. Dogs also feel comfortable with us thanks to the many walking paths right outside the front door.

Als besonderes Highlight befindet sich auf der überdachten Terrasse ein 2,20mx2,30m großer Whirlpool (bis 5 Personen) zur alleinigen und privaten Nutzung. Er steht Tag und Nacht zur Verfügung ohne Mehrkosten, auch im Winter.
