Villa vacation rentals in Gros Islet

Gate Park is in an excellent location. Many lovely beaches are fairly nearby, as are several good restaurants. Andy's villa was ideal for us - comfortable and convenient. It was also good to know that he was ready to help if there were any problems

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Colibri. This place had everything we were looking for, it was peaceful, quiet, and close to nature. It truly felt like paradise. We spent most of the time on the spacious porch with a wonderful ocean breeze. In the mornings, we drank coffee out there, songbirds and hummingbirds would literally be within inches of us. In the evenings, we sat at the table and played board games with all the night sounds in the rainforest. We loved the amazing infinity salt pool, very relaxing! We marveled at the plants and flowers surrounding the villa, such beauty! Everything is well tended to and very clean. Rooms are spacious, beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Razia is an exceptional host and provides you with all the info you need to have a great time at her place! If we get back to St Lucia we would definitely stay here again! Thank you Razia!

So well out together and beautiful. All updated and everything is new. The hosts are always making sure you are taken care of. It’s off the beaten path so make sure to coordinate your rental car with them for easy transition and i to your vacation quickly.

It was a pleasure staying at Cassey's place, I really liked the modern layout. Cassey was very welcoming and hospitable and I strongly recommend her place for any stay in St. Lucia.

The space was very well laid out two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room space television. We always had a taxi driver which Len provided in the apartment. A 3-5 minute walk to Key Largo Italian restaurant. 5-10 minutes from the supermarket. A 15 minute walk will take you to the heart of Rodney Bay. It was very peaceful minus our own noise (:))as it was carnival time.

We loved our stay in Melanie’s home! The home was exactly as pictured, with stunning views and fantastic amenities. Air conditioning worked well, house was spotlessly clean, and pool provided hours of entertainment. Joan the house manager was exceptional and responded to emails within in minutes; Flores cooked for us most nights of the trip and that made our vacation! Well worth the money!

Villa Karibu was just as beautiful as the photos! The house is spacious and well-equipped for cooking, heading to the beach, etc. The manager, housekeeper and groundskeeper were all friendly and helpful- for example, the umbrella by the pool didn’t work and within the hour they dropped off two new umbrellas! The snorkeling at the small beach down the hill is fabulous. We had an amazing stay!

Amazing stay! Aly home is beautiful, close to the beach. Aly was also an amazing host and accommodate my group in every possible way.

What a wonderful stay. We were met in town by Jonathan, whose car we then followed up to the villa, as it is not an easy drive. Jonathan was an integral part of our trip -- extremely responsive with concerns (bringing extra power adapters for those of us that didn't prepare well, helping with a suitcase problem and finding us an extra to take home), providing recommendations (where to eat, getting a guide for hiking the Pitons), and so friendly. The home itself was stunning and peaceful. Beautiful views that just did not get old, clean, and spacious. A housekeeper came every other day to clean and replace towels/linens which was an added plus. We loved swimming in the pool as well as being able to enjoy Anse Chastanet resort as guests and received excellent service all around. Would most certainly stay here again! No laundry or dishwasher. The animals/insects are loud at night -- bring ear plugs if you like silence when sleeping!

We had the best stay and not just because St. Lucia is an amazing island, but because this place was beautiful. The views were amazing, we had easy access to a lot of restaurants on Marigot Bay and the beach. The house was pristine, one of the cleanest we’ve stayed in and it was massive so we each had our own space. Alicia was so responsive, friendly and very easy to work with. She coordinated a new rental car for us after finding out our car was terrible, she gave us restaurant recommendations and made sure the housekeeper was available for us when we needed her. Our first night there we arrived late at night and upon telling her we were looking for a place to eat she coordinated a golf cart to pick us up to take us to dinner. My kids loved that lol. The house was conveniently located to Marigot Bay so if you book boat excursions it is a really easy pick up and drop off, and there’s a parking lot right at the bay for easy parking if you have a vehicle. Thank you, Alicia!

Absolutely stunning view ! The pictures doesn’t do this place enough justice . The host was always a text or call away & was always going the extra mile to make sure that the stay was perfect. Would recommend to anyone visiting st Lucia

Cap Estates is supposedly the Beverly Hills of St. Lucia and that is accurate! Our villa was extremely nice and plenty of space for the 6 of us (3 couples). We spent 8 wonderful nights on the island and it was all of our first times there. They created a text group for us to communicate in advance of our trip and that was helpful! Pearlie was our primary contact while staying at the villa and she was very responsive, nice, and helpful! They recommended a taxi company who can take us to/from where we needed to go. They also work with a private chef (Chef Kayy) who we hired for our last dinner at the villa....she's worth every penny so hire her for at least one dinner while you're at the villa! Get ready for the steep walk up to the front door! But that's par for the course on this very hilly island! Overall, we would highly recommend Djib and this villa as an alternative to the over priced all inclusive resorts on the island!

We were a family of 5 with three school-aged kids and had an incredible stay at the Eye of Marigot. The pool was refreshing, the views were killer, and the house was clean and had everything we needed! Pauline gave detailed instructions and responded quickly to any question we had throughout the booking and stay. And Cornelius could not have been friendlier on our day with him on his boat. We loved the tranquility and beauty of Marigot Bay while not being too far away from everything we knew we wanted to do in the North and South of the island. We highly recommend this team and property!

My time with my friends was great. Everything was accurate and clean with photos and description of the house. I definitely would go back and stay here again . The host was reliable and very polite. Anything we needed he was there to help and answer any questions we needed to know about the area and the home. I love to travel and be comfortable in a good home and reliable setting . This home was perfect for our family of 6! The location was close to everything we needed Eliot was very responsive and accommodating! Eliot’ and his management team were really amazing. Eliot and his team helped my brother and his wife ( who I wasn’t expecting!) surprise me upon my arrival. My brother stayed. In the studio apartment underneath me which is a great space if you have extra company! I would highly recommend Eliot’s place and thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Nice location- walking distance to many things-groceries, pharmacy and medical clinic (which I needed for a sinus infection), stores and restaurants. I would Suggest car to get to beaches or marina restaurants. Sam suggested Drive O Matic and they were great. Dropped the car at the unit for our arrival. We really appreciated having taxi service (Ernest suggested by Sam) drive us north from the airport. It gave us a chance to see how the driving is before getting behind the wheel. The unit is well appointed. Master bed was comfortable. ACs and hot water functioned perfectly. The appliances and furniture were a little dated, but that’s not important to us. Great value. For activities, I recommend heading to Pigeon Beach, Naked Fisherman restaurant and beach, and potentially doing a day long trip to Soufriere. You could get a private boat tour to pick you up on the dock outside the unit. Easy to arrange once you get to the island. I wouldn’t hesitate to book the unit again.

Nice location very close to Rodney Bay with short walk to shopping area and Reduit Beach. As others have stated the inside is a little dark and could use some refreshing, but outside area more than compensates with the sitting and pool areas. We may have been spoiled as we had the entire downstairs to ourselves for most of our stay, but for the few days the upstairs was occupied noise was never an issue. Samfi's place has a great setting high above Soufriere with fabulous views of the Pitons. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our private apartment was well equipped. If staying a car is advisable as it is a bit outside Soufriere.

Great place for 7 of us. The bedrooms on the second level were convenient and private. All amenities were as listed. Anything that we inquired about (transportation, tour recommendations etc) was promptly addressed and the hospitality was amazing!

Went for my birthday and had a fantastic time. The villa was very large & comfortably accommodated all 5 of us w/room for more. We loved the open plan & all the seating areas that allowed everyone to be together but still be able to have a lil privacy to do work, watch a movie or relax, nap etc. All the rooms were well appointed, w/AC in each, & beds were comfy. The views off the 2 balconies were truly magical. Pool was the perfect length to do laps & perfect depth (5ft) to hang out - esp for folks who may not be comfortable swimming. Kitchen & grill were easy. Richard was extremely responsive & helpful (finding the place was a lil challenging). We took taxi’s to most everything - shout out to Lloyd’s taxi service & his brother Eddie! - they were terrific & v reasonable. Location was terrific. Close to Rodney Bay & beaches. The Gross Islet street party every Friday night is must! Honestly can’t say enough great things about Kai Mama Drew & beautiful St. Lucia. We will def be back!

We arrived on a Sunday afternoon, so the grocery stores were closed. And while the map shows nearby restaurants within walking distance, they’re all within Sandals resort and only available to guests or with a day or evening pass. We didn’t want to drive unfamiliar roads at night so we ran out of options for dinner. Alex went above and beyond and offered to order from Domino’s and bring it to us! Castries is a short drive and we enjoyed walking around. It is a Cruise Ship port so there are lots of local vendors to buy souvenirs from. The condo itself is lovely, clean, and comfortable, with beautiful views and balconies to enjoy the outdoors. Ours was on the top floor so it’s a bit of a hike to get upstairs but once you’re there you can relax. There is a walking path to the beach with about 50 stairs from the property to the sand and has a wooden handrail. The only other people on the beach were Sandals guests and a few locals. Overall, a lovely experience and a slice of paradise!
