hello, the apartment is good, comfortable and well located, near the center, bars and supermarkets. tomas' sister and her husband greeted us kindly, giving us all the details of what we could see in San Sebastián and surroundings, we were grateful to be able to enter the apartment before. We really liked San Sebastián although it caught us temporarily and it rained us and it was very windy. we enjoy everything and will see again if there is luck and we have better time. Beautiful apartment. It's better than it looks in the photos. Very comfortable beds. The kitchen was perfectly equipped and they also left us some things to eat. 100% recommended. The only thing to note is that although there are two bathrooms, there is only one toilet.

We loved the property. It was very well thought out, tastefully appointed, with everything we needed for our visit. I didn’t like the plastic lined mattress pad on the bed, but everything else was very, very nice!

We had a pleasant stay. The apartment was nicely decorated and close to all shops (butcher, bakery, fishmonger,...). We'll be happy to go back!

Beautiful house, nice bathrooms, great kitchen. House in a calm neighborhood. The beach is maybe just a bit too far to quickly get there on foot, but if you have a car it’s no problem.

The house is very nice, matches the photos and description. It is easy to walk to the center of Biarritz and to the beach. Parking is available in front of the house. It's very fair but the few centimeters of margin and a maneuver or two allowed me to park a large scenic 3. The welcome is very warm and Rachel is quite flexible on schedules.

We were a group of 8 and had a great week at Sylvain and Katia's. The house is spacious, bright and comfortable. The veranda room is very nice for large tables, for breakfasts as well as for. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The pool is beautiful, heated and well oriented. The immediate environment is quiet and the location of the house allows many walks both on the seafront and in the hinterland. Manon, very attentive, welcomed us very warmly and always answered our questions. Sylvain is always available and has great tips. We won't hesitate to come back!

We had such a lovely stay. Suzie and Emeric were amazing hosts - incredibly flexible and helpful. The place is even nicer than the photographs. Just renovated, incredibly comfortable - really well equipped kitchen. The location is perfect for the restaurants and beaches in Bidart and Guethary. We would love to come again.

Very kind and considerate regarding the precautions to take for the apartment and very good tips for completing our stay. The accommodation is very cocooning and very clean.
