I'm renting out a bright and modern apartment with a calm and warm atmosphere. Recently upgraded and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Quiet and central location, only 1–2 minutes to the bus and grocery store, about 10 minutes to Oslo city centre. Good hiking possibilities nearby. The apartment is on the top floor (4th floor) with no elevator. Free parking outside. Garage available: 150 kr/day (fossil fuel) and 200 kr/day (electricity incl. charging). Discount for longer stays can be arranged. The apartment shares a common hallway with different entrance doors

Apartment in the basement with private entrance, kitchen, living room with sofa bed, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower and washing machine. Bathroom renovated in February 2024. Kitchen, living room and bedroom renovated in January 2025. I prepare the beds before check-in with clean sheets and place clean towels on the beds. Free WiFi. TV has Chromecast. No TV channels. The apartment is about 45 m2. Outside the kitchen window there is a garden table with 4 chairs that can be used. Cushions for the chairs are available in the entrance.

Charming and modernized small house in the heart of Maridalen. Perfect for city and countryside holidays. 15 minutes by car to civilization or 20 minutes by train to Oslo S from Snippen station 200 meters away. To Varingskollen Alpine Center it is 20 minutes by train the other way. Nordmarka's hiking trails and cycling routes start at the doorstep. The host lives nearby and is available. The house has 20 sqm floor area, but is effectively utilized with loft, large ceiling height and good window surfaces. The terrace is south facing and sunny.

Beautiful apartment, close to bus, subway and forest

Nice apartment, with everything you need for a nice stay. There is free street parking, the route to Oslo S is less than 30 minutes by public transport, and there is a night bus. The forest in Lillomarka is also only minutes walk away, and you can swim in Vesletjern. The kitchen is well equipped, and in the living room there is a projector if you want a movie night. The bathroom is now newly renovated as well. The bed is 1.40 wide, so there is plenty of space for two. There is also an inflatable mattress, so there will be room for 3 people.
