Spent the Easter weekend here and worth the while to switch off, relax, enjoy some fishing, walkable area and safe!

Highly recommended! Views are to die for, better described as magical. Host was very attentive. Witsand is the perfect spot to unwind and really feel like you are on holiday. We'll be back!

Lovely hostess. Great access to river and beach.

Really great place for a big family, we could cook together, eat together and relax together without feeling cramped. More than enough cutlery and crockery too. I liked the way that 3 bedrooms are not part of the main house as it gives a lot of privacy. I also liked that the TV room is a separate room so the kids can sit in there and the sound of the tv is not heard throughout the house. Beautiful surroundings, we saw owls, tortoises, eland, zebra and bushbuck.

We had a wonderfully relaxing time. The home is clean and comfortable with plenty of entertaining options. The pool and large garden made all the difference to our stay. The property is in a great location, close to the lagoon and the board walk. We immediately felt right at home, especially as the home is pet friendly. Thank you for a really memorable stay.

Beautiful property, very well appointed. It’s right on the beach - we saw whales and a superpod of dolphins. We really hope to be back soon!

What a super spot! We felt very spoiled stepping out of the door directly onto the beautiful beach. The house is comfy and welcoming, just what’s needed for a relaxing break. We will definitely return as soon as we can.

We had the most amazing family weekend together. I would recommend for big groups and families. Everything you might need, and daily cleaning service was a bonus. We hope to return.

Leigh’s house has unparalleled views of the river estuary. The home is very well appointed and in a secure estate. It’s close enough to moor your boat at the Breede river lodge which is very convenient. We will be back again for sure.

We had a lovely stay with friends over Easter. Prinsloo check in with us regularly and was very easy to reach. The house was great and view amazing to just relax and unwind. More than enough space and rooms to accommodate 2 families with everything you need. Will definitely be back!

Great spot right on the beach! There was a spring tide and eroded a lot of the beach away, leaving quite a large drop from the deck with exposed rocks. Maybe not ideal for small children but the sand would probably recover again in the future. Otherwise it is an amazing beach holiday!

Awesome spacious house with amazing views and equipped with enough braai areas for all conditions of weather.

The house was really clean and the linen fresh, we had a comfortable stay. The neighbourhood was really quiet and peacefull. You are very close to the golfcourse, beachfront and restuarants. The hosts were super helpfull. No wifi though but that didn't bother us.

We had an incredible stay at this welcoming home. Tania was very responsive and proactive from the time that we first made our booking. Even though this is a newer listing (with not a lot of reviews as of yet), I would not hesitate in recommending this venue to anyone looking for a getaway in Stilbaai. We will be back the next time we travel out this way again. Thank you for hosting our young family so well. We wish you all the best in your hosting journey.

We had a great stay at Zelda’s place. The location is on the beach with only the street and small dune to cross to get to the long beach. The views from the balcony were stunning and made for wonderful evening braai and family time. It is a quiet street with only traffic from the neighbors as there is no through way or public beach. The swimming beach and shops are a short drive with plenty for all to do and see and explore. We had plenty of hot water and bedding was warm and clean. Plenty of indoor space for lounging around or making meals. All needed equipment for meals and cleaning were on hand. The kids loved the pool and soccer tables and the board games available. All in all a great stay. Home away from home.

We had such a wonderful week at the Breathe cottage. It is so cute and the views over the river were just wonderful. Had coffee in bed looking out over the river and braai in the evening on the stoep watching the sun go down. The house was so well kitted with utensils and everything and more that you might need. We were sad to leave!

We have been to Stilbaai many times and stayed in a variety of accommodation. Peter's house was a true beach house, but then with lots of extras and super wel equiped. The interior is beautifully designed. Outside is very rustic with a garden that is still in early stages of development . Overall we had the best holiday with great weather.

Our group of six adults and four kids age five and under had a wonderful stay here. There were more than enough comfortable beds, and the basket of toys was exactly what the kids needed on our garden route road trip. The space was clean and peaceful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
