Small seaside, independent garden room with private bathroom for one person. Just a 5 minutes walk from the beach and a 10 minutes cycle from shops and restaurants. Private entrance and use of back garden terrace. A bicycle is available free of charge. There is Wifi, small fridge, ,electric kettle , coffee machine and microwave. Please note that there is no kitchen or tv. Bus stop nearby. I am an English speaker and live just beside the studio . Some noise possible due to next door renovation

The studio

Studio in the heart of Port Lay, built in 2023. It is located 15 minutes from Port Tudy and 5 minutes from the village of the island, where you will find all amenities. The small port at the bottom of the house is only a two-minute walk away and will allow you to go swimming at the end of the day. It is ideal for a couple (possibility to come with a baby). This accommodation is adjoining ours, but you have your private entrance as well as an enclosed garden that is not overlooked.

Cottage in the heart of the village

Nice cottage in the heart of the village. It is adjoining my house but you will be completely independent. The terrace is private and reserved for you. From the house you can do everything on foot. The port is a 10-minute walk away. At your disposal is a large living space of 30 m2 downstairs with a bathroom. Upstairs is a triple bedroom. A 160 double bed and a single bed. A large hanging net will welcome you for your naps or to put your children to sleep like in a hammock.

Cottage on a farm a short walk to the beach

Come and enjoy the island in our small self-contained cottage on a farm, above the red sands. It is equipped with a double bed and a mezzanine with 1 bed in the bedroom area. There is also a sofa bed in the living room/kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a terrace area outside. You will not only have sea views, but also access to the beaches just a 3-minute walk away. Although a little far from the village, you can easily get there by bike.

La petite maison du bourg welcomes you all year round on the island of Groix. Equipped (bed 140 x 190/bedroom) In the kitchen (filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, washing machine) All shops are within walking distance of 5 minutes. The nearest beach is 10 minutes away. You will have a fireplace for your beautiful winter evenings or a barbecue for the sweet summer evenings. Discover the authentic charm of a small outhouse attached to our family home, a former shipowner's house. It is independent and ideally located in the heart of the village with its beams, wooden staircase and vintage charm. Jardin Blanc – because that's its name – is enclosed by a wall made of old stones, with direct access to the garden that we share (each on our side), a private terrace, an outdoor shower, and a cabin overlooking the old walnut tree.

Our south-facing stone house in Groisillon will welcome you with all its comfort and large terrace. You will only have to go down the street to get to the small beach of Locmaria, a pretty village in the south of the island. You can reach the coastal trails on either side of the village for walks or hikes, go to the splendid beach of Grands Sables or enjoy the market and shops in the main village (10 minutes by bike).

The small garden that surrounds the cottage as well as its terrace guarantee that you will enjoy every ray of sunshine. The location will allow you to walk throughout your stay. Adjacent to our family home, we are not far away if you need information or an egg for the mayo!
