The studio
Studio in the heart of Port Lay, built in 2023. It is located 15 minutes from Port Tudy and 5 minutes from the village of the island, where you will find all amenities. The small port at the bottom of the house is only a two-minute walk away and will allow you to go swimming at the end of the day. It is ideal for a couple (possibility to come with a baby). This accommodation is adjoining ours, but you have your private entrance as well as an enclosed garden that is not overlooked.

Nice cottage in the heart of the village. It is adjoining my house but you will be completely independent. The terrace is private and reserved for you. From the house you can do everything on foot. The port is a 10-minute walk away. At your disposal is a large living space of 30 m2 downstairs with a bathroom. Upstairs is a triple bedroom. A 160 double bed and a single bed. A large hanging net will welcome you for your naps or to put your children to sleep like in a hammock.

Located at the very end of the small village of Locqueltas, you will spend a few quiet days admiring the sea, chickens and sheep of the property. This studio is adjoining our family home, on a common plot of 3000 m2. Direct access by the coastal path to several small coves that await you about a hundred meters from the rental. Discover the authentic charm of a small outhouse attached to our family home, a former shipowner's house. It is independent and ideally located in the heart of the village with its beams, wooden staircase and vintage charm. Jardin Blanc – because that's its name – is enclosed by a wall made of old stones, with direct access to the garden that we share (each on our side), a private terrace, an outdoor shower, and a cabin overlooking the old walnut tree.
