We always love to stay in Central Park area when we come visiting Jakarta, and Theresia’s place is so far the best we’ve ever stayed at. The unit is newly renovated, and every single room looked exactly like the pictures on the listing. Amenities were complete and felt like a 5-star hotel! Theresia was also very responsive whenever we had questions. Truly an amazing host with amazing place!

A big thank you to Ria for hosting us! We stayed at her place for a full month while waiting for our Thai DTV visa and ended up extending our booking five times. Ria was always responsive, patiently answered all our questions, and made sure our stay was comfortable. The apartment fully matches the description, though there are a few small things that could be improved. For example, the kitchen sofa was quite dirty (likely from previous guests), but overall, we have no complaints toward the host. The Taman Anggrek complex offers excellent amenities, including a large pool with a kids' area, a playground, and a gym. Our toddler loved it, and the visa waiting period passed by smoothly and enjoyably! I’d recommend this place for families with kids and anyone looking for a convenient long-term stay option.

It is a nice, descent accommodation that has all the amentues and essentials for an aparrment. I would recommend it for anyone that is looking for an apartment to stay. Location is convenient. The service is excellent. Very good overall.

This was a wonderful apartment, with great views of Jakarta. It is connected to a mall so, buying groceries and finding nice restaurants was easy.

Ryan was extremely helpful meeting us in the mall and taking us to the apartment. Our flight out of jakarta was delayed due to a volcano disrupting flights and he was very considerate allowing us a late checkout. The place was extremely clean and very well renovated making it a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The building is dated but the apartment is extremely modern.

the place is beside Taman Anggrek Mall, there is connecting path between the building, many restaurants. huge swimming pool. the unit is clean and nice. would love to use Aland's place in the future.

The place is amazing, but I noticed some reviews mentioning cleanliness issues. I made a special request to the host to ensure it was clean, and to be fair, it came out dust-free. However, the air felt a bit stale, the place smells quite bad, and all three of us woke up with sore throats. My advice to the host: consider hiring a more reliable cleaning service, as there have been too many similar complaints in the reviews.

Love the whole experience staying at Mario’s listing. The apartment units are clean and guest facilities are amazing too, beautiful swimming pools and cozy pool lounge. I’d recommend this place as it’s so strategically located in central Jakarta, where you can go to Grand Indonesia only 10 mins by taxi or you can walk easily to MRT station. Also if you like just stay indoors, at downstairs there is Spanish 😋 and Japanese restaurant which I like to go when I stayed here. Overall, it was an enjoyable stayed at Sudirman suites, Mario has been very helpful and responsive to get everything sorted for you. Great services by Mario and his teams. Thank you.
