Sip a classic beer as I explain beer’s impact on trade from the Middle Ages to the 17th century. • Next, head to the tasting room at In De Wildeman to enjoy a carefully chosen beer from the selection of 18 on tap and 250-plus in bottles. With a fun group (24 guests) on a full electric boat, you will see and hear more than on those glass busses. You will go on the most relaxing, comfy and fun family and friends boat ride through the canals of Amsterdam. But not just any boat ride. You will be indulged with stories, history and humor. But besides that, you will also be meeting guests from all over the world. And they all speak English. Get to know France, India, Spain, Andorra, Italy , US and so much more while your at it. Small group city tour

On this small group walking tour, I will share a unique blend of storytelling, humor and history to show you the real Amsterdam, and explain Dutch culture so that you, hopefully, leave loving this city as much as I do! After meeting in the office of Those dam Boat Guys, and having had the opportunity to use the restroom and get to know your fellow travelers, we head out into famous canal belts. Here we will talk about the Dutch and their amazing water management, how all this lead to our world famous tolerance, and how the city expanded and changed over the centuries. After this we head to the iconic Dam square, and explore the historic city center. Along the way we will see hidden courtyards, secret gardens and ancient alleyways and pick up some local tips on best places to eat, shop and, just as important, what tourist traps to avoid. After 2 hours of exploring and learning we end back on Dam square where your guide will take some time to answer all remaining questions, give some last recommendations and directions to wherever you might need.

Holiday photoshoot in Leiden

!! This shoot is in Leiden! Please ASK if you want me to come to Amsterdam. It's often possible, especially in the weekends. !! Also ask for tulip shoots, also possible :) But typically it's in the cute city of Leiden, which I sometimes call "small Amsterdam". With similar houses at the canals and cute little streets, it looks a lot like Amsterdam but more local & less crowdy. We will do a photoshoot at the most beautiful places in the city. The Castle, Pieterskerk, cute streets and beautiful spots along the canals. TIME IS NEGOTIABLE! In summer, sunrise & sunset are the best times. Is it raining? Then we can reschedule or use umbrella's and dance in the rain ;) (No last minute cancellation due to rain) A shoot includes 25 edited photo's, you can pick your own favorites. No raw photo's will be shared. Suitable for those who have never done a shoot before. Since I have a lot of experience in front of the camera, I can also help you with poses :) I am a local, I grew up in this city, so I know all the nice places. I travel a lot myself, as a digital nomad. So, I like to show people my city when I am in the country! Wear clothes you feel comfortable in. If you don't feel comfortable, it will show in the photos. Please let me know you'd want a clothes change, so I will adjust the route to pass some public toilets to change. :) Questions? Feel free to ask them.

Want to learn how to make your own delicious edibles? At Get Baked Amsterdam we pride ourselves on offering a unique once in a lifetime high quality experience. We'll be meeting you at the local dispensary that we are cooperating with. Here we will buy the special ingredient together as a group. After, we will walk back to our workspace where the experience will start. We will be teaching you how to make delicious brownies (9 pieces per pair) and gummy’s, step by step. Meanwhile, we would love to educate you on the Netherlands in general, such as it’s history, culture and customs. As well as telling the story about its extraordinary relationship with cannabis. We find it of paramount importance to facilitate a safe, welcoming, and trustworthy environment for everyone who wants to participate. Even if you just would want to observe, and instead learn how to make normal brownies and gummies from scratch, you are very welcome to join. We cater to vegan and gluten-free dietary wishes but only with a minimum of 2 people since the baking takes place in pairs. These options are only for the brownies; gummies include gelatine. Please note we do NOT provide any of that special ingredient or drugs, and it is crucial to be on time. - Bring between 5-10€ p.p. extra for the dispensary - Big group or private booking?
