Family-friendly vacation rentals in Groede

Veronique and Luc's lodge is a dream! We didn't leave them all the time to explore the area as originally planned, but enjoyed the fantastic location in the polders and the tranquility! The crowning glory was then the daily jacuzzi bath in the sunset. We will definitely come back!

This was a very good location. The apartment even had a nice balcony. The place was close to trams to train station and walkable to all historic sites in town. Plenty of good restaurants as well. Ghent is a fantastic place to base your travels out of! We loved this little city and stayed an extra couple of days.

Mischa welcomed us to her charming Scandinavian-inspired cottage, the place was perfectly located and very warm, We were impressed by the interior which was extremely well done, Mischa was great, he welcomed us despite the traffic delay. We had to leave early for family concerns but we will come back when the spa is undoubtedly built.

The apartment - in our case for six people - really keeps what it promises. The two-story apartment at the top of the house offers plenty of space, a large dining room, living room, three bedrooms and three balconies. Everyone will find a place if they want to have some peace and quiet. Large windows that go out to the beach and only a few minutes' walk to the beach promenade of Ostend: You are literally relieved of the hustle and bustle of everyday life and look at the wide world from above (elevator available!). We immediately felt at home. The apartment is also well equipped and our hosts have given us many nice excursion destinations in the area. A really great vacation for us.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Very clean and cozy place with different activities you can do around the house. The hot tub was our highlight of the evening! Thanks again Niek

Glad to have stayed at Gunter’s B&B. He was friendly and helpful, the place was nice and tidy. The jacuzzi was great during a cold evening, definitely recommend for a nice getaway.

We had a great stay at Lianne' s place. Welcoming nice host, ideal location for dog lovers, fully enclosed garden, only a few minutes walking distance from the beach, lovely hikes to a nearby lake. The house is clean and fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay, quiet surroundings, great food at Bombay Bar, Pannekoekenhuis Domburg and Snack Bar in Westkapelle. We had a wonderful stay. The house is huge, has an excellent kitchen and is good value for money. Great and regular communication by the hosts. I can highly recommend this stay.

We had a wonderful stay in the former school under the wings of an old mill. Beautiful, green area where it is very quiet. Sanna is a friendly host who responds quickly and helps where she can. This house is very spacious and clean, with an enclosed garden that you share with the neighbors. Highly recommended!

We stayed for 2 nights, the environment is very good, very quiet, and the garden is very beautiful, the location is very good, it only takes 7 minutes to walk to the beach, the walking trip is very beautiful,

We enjoyed a lovely long weekend at Boeren Biezen! The cottage has everything you need to cook, good beds and a nice sitting area. Margareth and Freddy are incredibly hospitable and do everything they can to give you a nice time. We ate paella together, bake pizza and cared for the horses. You don't have to go far for fun trips to Sluis, Groede or Het Zwin. Super!

My partner and I had a lovely stay. The place was the perfect size and location was gorgeous.

Bart's home was perfect for our needs with 2 spacious bedrooms and a lovely living area. Bart was helpful and responsive throughout, even messaging with some local info about a road closure we didn't know about. The place is in a great location, 10minutes from the centre but also quiet with a great local bakery for morning pastries.

We had a very nice stay at Elisabeth's Airbnb. Communication went smoothly and quickly and the cottage has a beautiful location. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Hello, we just spent a week of peaceful vacation in De Haan, it's what we were looking for, the apartment is faithful to the photos, in a very quiet residence, the apartment is close to shops, the forest and the sea, we did everything on foot.

Very friendly people, cozy home. Had a very pleasant stay.

This is a great place. It’s so, so close to the main square and easily walkable to any area of Bruges. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and tastefully decorated. A laundry (with two washers and two dryers), “Honesty Bar”, filled with wine and beer, DVD center is in the same building just two doors down. This apartment is located on the second floor (third floor by US standards) but is well worth it for the location.

We had a wonderful stay! Communication was always friendly, quick and helpful. The home was exactly as described, clean and very comfortable. We particularly appreciated the loving furnishings and the small touches that made the stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place and would book again anytime. Highly recommend this spacious, clean, well appointed little house. Wil provides an everything you need for a comfortable and easy stay. Beds decent and really good shower. Would definitely stay again.

We felt very comfortable in the small cozy apartment! Great equipped, with everything you need - also for the little ones with (somewhat outdated) toys and plenty of utensils for kids. Especially great was the beautiful view of the green space, the tranquility and the bikes with a child seat (unfortunately already quite attacked - had to mend once), with which we could explore the magnificent and versatile environment!! One of the best AirBnBs I have stayed in, great place with plenty of room and everything that youu need. great back door to the Dyke and a nice yard for bikes etc. Nice touch having filtered water direct from the tap, also a fridge/freezer with ice maker. All in all a great cottage ad highly recommended.

We arrive super late, and with a trailer. Tijl was so helpful about parking, letting us check in etc. The farm is lovely, the property is lovely and we'd stay there again without hesitation. The sheep, ducks and horse were lovely too!
