Next to an old rectory, we have individually expanded a small side room for us, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of past times. Much seems to us to be coherent, some is still in the making. So nothing is standard. What we have not yet considered and is useful for guests can usually be quickly supplemented. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

Our very modern and spacious holiday apartment easily fits two to three people and with the booking of the additional bedroom even four people can be accommodated. Since the apartment is located in the center of the island, it is the perfect starting point to all attractions and hence the distance is always moderate. The apartment perfectly fits a family with one child. Families with two children or three to four adults we recommend to book the extra bedroom.

The cottage offers about 60 square meters of living space, space for a maximum of 4 people and is located in a quiet location overlooking the water tower. The space is a small (~35 sqm) cozy semi-detached house on the idyllic island of Ummanz, which is accessible via Rügen. We recommend arriving by car. A well-behaved dog up to knee height can be brought along, please request before booking, stating the breed. The house is located on a lovingly designed property with a barbecue area, play facilities for children and animals (ponies, goats, rabbits). The 2nd semi-detached house "Dachs" can also be booked.

The house is situated in the quiet vacation home settlement in the beautiful fishing village of Stahlbrode on Greifswalder Bodden. 100 meters from the water and 800 meters from the harbor. A central starting point for many excursions. The island of Rügen can be reached in a short time by ferry. Stralsund and Greifswald are about 15 km away. The sunny island of Usedom is an hour's drive away.

Our individual, cozy apartment can be found in an old farmhouse. We renovated the original apartment Kastanienblüte in 2011. In August 2023, the apartment moved in the building. You now have no stairs in the apartment and no thresholds. Also ideal for walkers and wheelchairs. The rest of the house is now home to our daughter and her small family.
