Much seems to us to be coherent, some is still in the making. So nothing is standard. What we have not yet considered and is useful for guests can usually be quickly supplemented. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

Since the apartment is located in the center of the island, it is the perfect starting point to all attractions and hence the distance is always moderate. Vacation home near the islands of Rügen, Usedom, Hiddensee Our small, cozy cottage is located in downtown Grimmen. The cottage offers about 60 square meters of living space, space for a maximum of 4 people and is located in a quiet location overlooking the water tower. In the pictures you will find the view from the living room photographed in the beautiful evening sun. Towels and bed linens are available for you free of charge. Free Wi-Fi is available.

The space is a small (~35 sqm) cozy semi-detached house on the idyllic island of Ummanz, which is accessible via Rügen. We recommend arriving by car. A well-behaved dog up to knee height can be brought along, please request before booking, stating the breed. The house is located on a lovingly designed property with a barbecue area, play facilities for children and animals (ponies, goats, rabbits). The 2nd semi-detached house "Dachs" can also be booked.

Our apartment (36 square meters) is suitable for a cozy Baltic Sea vacation, ideal for 2 people. A large balcony with an awning invites you to linger outside. Guest parking is available on the premises. Storage facilities for bicycles are also provided. The windows of the living room and bedroom are equipped with shutters and insect screens. No pets allowed in the apartment. In the high season, we usually only rent by the week.

Our individual, cozy apartment can be found in an old farmhouse. We renovated the original apartment Kastanienblüte in 2011. In August 2023, the apartment moved in the building. You now have no stairs in the apartment and no thresholds. Also ideal for walkers and wheelchairs. The rest of the house is now home to our daughter and her small family.

Hellas Ferienwohnung auf Rügen - Jasmund Peninsula

My vacation rental is located on the beautiful island of Rügen in a central location of Sagard. In the immediate vicinity (approx. 3 km) is the Jasmundtherme with its sauna and swimming area as well as an extensive wellness area. To the beach to Glowe 7 km away you need about 10 minutes by car. Shopping is a 10-minute walk away.
