The 26th floor is the top one with direct, panoramic views of the sea. The building is located directly by the sea, 20 meters from the beach. Near the house there is the largest mall, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.  Two-storey apartment with an area of 100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors throughout the entire area and air conditioning in each room separately.  The renovation was completed in June 2024.

это чудесное место для семейного отдыха в тишине, в сосновом лесу у моря 😍 не хотелось уезжать! расположение и поселок отличные, Заза и Ира чудесные добрые люди, помогли во всем. будем приезжать ещё много-много раз, замечательный домик и хороший участок (тем, кто с собаками, будьте внимательны, тк под домом и между забором можно убежать, но если собаки послушные и дружелюбные- проблем не будет, а еще иногда заходят кошки). спасибо большое за теплый прием!

We have really enjoyed our weekend at the sea at this beautiful place. You hear and see the sea right from your bed, and overlook a beautiful inner yard, full of lush greenery. Once you leave the gate you are already at the beach. The apartment has simple arrangements, but you have everything you need, everything is new and comfortable to use. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We were also pleasantly surprised that unlike to other places at Georgian shore, here there were really few people, and so you feel like you have the whole beach to yourself. Really recommended! So peaceful and relaxing 💛

The house is wonderful, my family and I liked everything! To the sea literally two minutes on foot, the sunset is wonderful

Comfortable place for stay with kids and big family. In the house you will fined everything for comfortable stay and cooking. The host is very responsive.

The spacious two-story house is nestled among tall pine trees, featuring three balconies and a set of stairs leading to the entrance. A pathway made of stone pavers runs across the front, with outdoor seating visible on the ground level.

Все прошло хорошо. Рядом море, есть парковка. Ближайшие магазины в Уреки и Поти. Единственный минус это собаки. Соседи из ближайших домов стили их кормить и они набежали. Пляж супер! песок чистый, берег большой. есть спасатели которые следят за порядком. в целом место хорошее я бы советовала там отдыхать. 10/10

Amazing super peaceful place. 20 meters from the famous magnetic beach, but feels like whole beach and sea is your privately owned, cz it’s empty and all for you. We would love to come back in the future!

Luxury Beachfront villa

It was our perfect family reunion vacation. Location is quiet and peaceful. A little far from Batumi, but that what we were looking for. Beach with black sand was right behind the fence. You will need car or taxi to go to any grocery store. They also have family restaurant in walking distance (be prepared they accept cash only) Each room had anything for comfortable stay - shampoo, gel shower, soap, towels, wardrobes, fridges with drinks and snacks (extra pay). All rooms had TV and balconies with chairs and tables. Host was extremely responsive and always helped us with any needs - organizing dinner with fresh food cooked by company of cooks in front of you; also helped us with transfer to/from airport with good prices. Few minuses: little tricky washer, no microwave. Overall great stay and highly recommended host!
