Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Grigoleti Beach

We (five people) were met at the airport. It was brought to the place. The house is beautiful both outside and inside. The photos don't do it justice. The area near the house is well-maintained. The house is clean, cozy and everything is provided for living and relaxing. The hosts are hospitable, thoughtful, and always available. The vacation was great. Many thanks to Temuri and his family. A lot of experience and pleasure from the trip. Recommended. There is a mountain river nearby. Swimming in it is unforgettable.

Amazing apartment with very hospitable hosts! Located in a quiet residential area 30 minutes walk from the airport, while you can't hear the planes at all. Within a walking distance of the sea, several shopping centers, a new boulevard with a large children's playground. It is convenient to get to most tourist locations (you don't have to be stuck in traffic). Highly recommended for large groups or a family with children!

It's one of the airbnbs which I definitely marked as my personal "top listings". The place you fall in love with just at the very moment you arrive and see the garden full of bright colorful flowers, trees and decorations. The place where the view is absolutely stunning: green mountains around, the ruins of Askana fortress in the distance, great sunsets. The house combines its authenticity with modern facilities, it's an old Georgian family house renovated with much love and care. There are all kinds of things you might need: a washing machine, a hairdryer, an iron, a stove, a big fridge and even a dishwasher. The bathroom is modern (a huge waterheater provided). The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need for cooking. The bedrooms are on the upper floor. There are 2 terraces where you can sit and observe all the beauty around. Mobile Internet is perfect for remote work. Special thanks to Rezo and his family for such a warm welcome and I definitely recommend their house!

Tedo's apartment is very nice: clean, bright and comfortable with two balconies and all necessary stuff. Tedo and Salome are very hospitable, friendly and always ready for help. Apartment has very good location: 7_8 min walk to the beach. Nearby a lot of shops, restaurants and bars. We enjoyed our stay here.

We rented the house for 10 days at the end of September 2021 with a large group, 7 adults and 4 children. In the house is 4 bedrooms, hall, kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, veranda. Fully corresponds to the photos. There is everything you need for your comfortable stay. Very clean. Gas stove, dishes, washing machine, dishwasher. The only downside was no microwave. On the ground floor lives the hostess, a very pleasant and sociable woman lives on the ground floor, met us with hot khachapuri, fruits, homemade chachacha, it was very nice! On the ground floor, the entrance to the house from the other side, so the rented part of the house (2nd floor) with a separate entrance is essentially a separate house. We moved only by taxi, the trip to the sea , or it took about 15 minutes to get to the center. Around the mountains, greenery, fruits, beauty! We recommend! Thanks to the hosts for everything!

We had an amazing stay at Anna's. The house is in a beautiful village, not far from Kintrishi Nature Reserve and you can see a stunning sunset from the house. It is a very spacious house with huge outdoor areas. Very Highly recommended for anyone who is traveling by car and wants to stay near amazing nature, outside the city noise but still within a short driving distance to great beaches like Tsikhisdziri beaches

Mzia was a very welcoming and kind host! She made us feel right at home and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The house offered a beautiful view of Batumi and a very cozy and peaceful atmosphere in nature. They offered us some of their homemade wine and were always willing to help. Wonderful people and wonderful stay! I’d highly recommended :)

Everything was perfect! The place was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed. I truly felt like I was at home. The host was kind and responsive. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

Checked in and lived without any problems

The house was very sufficient for large groups. The house was on the top floor, which was not mentioned in the description. There was dust under the beds. Having air conditioning in every room was a big advantage. Despite not knowing English, Natela was very quick in communicating. She tried to be helpful.

We stayed for the second time. I really like the hostess, very hospitable and friendly. 5 minutes drive to the center. The apartment is equipped with all necessities. In general, we did not regret that we stayed here for the second time))

Incredible location, right in the heart of Batumi! A close walk to everything you could need. Teo the host was very friendly and gave us great recommendations on how to get around and the best places to eat (and drink!). Apartment was very spacious and clean. Apartment is also providing health dinner. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice well-equipped apartment just 5 minutes walk away from the beach. Lots of shops and restaurants around. The host was friendly and responsive, and arranged smooth check-in despite of the late hour. Probably, the only disadvantage about the apt is that windows and balcony look onto quite a messy inner courtyard, but on the other hand there's no noise from the busy street.

The trip was a great, friendly and very friendly host! Very cozy and comfortable house. Dedicated bedrooms, which is as convenient as possible to accommodate several guests. All amenities are available. All appliances work perfectly. The apartment has a washing machine, refrigerator, gas stove, all kitchen utensils, dryer, TV. There is also extra bedding. Everything is very convenient for large groups of people. The location is good. The host of the apartment was very friendly. He met me, arranged it! In one word, I recommend 👍

George was very friendly and responsive to all our needs and questions. The house is just steps always from the shore. We really liked its quite location between trees and an opportunity to wake up listening the see waives. The house is well equipped and clean. The beach with magnetic sand is a really an attraction. George proactively provided us all local contacts including a caregiver, cleaning and other services.

The villa is located by the sea, with a quiet beach and a magnificent sunset on the sea.

I had a wonderful stay at this amazing house! The place is incredibly spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The private pool was a dream — perfect for relaxing any time of day. We also loved the outdoor BBQ area, which made for some great evenings with delicious food and good company. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the sea — absolutely magical, especially at sunrise and sunset. The area around the house is lush and green, creating a peaceful and private atmosphere that made our stay even more relaxing. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy bedrooms and fast Wi-Fi. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Thank you for being such a great host!

It was our perfect family reunion vacation. Location is quiet and peaceful. A little far from Batumi, but that what we were looking for. Beach with black sand was right behind the fence. You will need car or taxi to go to any grocery store. They also have family restaurant in walking distance (be prepared they accept cash only) Each room had anything for comfortable stay - shampoo, gel shower, soap, towels, wardrobes, fridges with drinks and snacks (extra pay). All rooms had TV and balconies with chairs and tables. Host was extremely responsive and always helped us with any needs - organizing dinner with fresh food cooked by company of cooks in front of you; also helped us with transfer to/from airport with good prices. Few minuses: little tricky washer, no microwave. Overall great stay and highly recommended host!

Resan and his family were awesome. We never had such great experience elsewhere. Truly amazing.
