In the heart of Chartreuse Park, 40 minutes from Chambéry & Grenoble, 1 hr 15 minutes from Lyon, stone house with large enclosed grounds & terrace. Heat pump heating. Barbecue & bread oven (wood & charcoal not included). Access by road, impassable in case of snow. Parking is available in the village and then continue on foot (700 m) Jacuzzi available outdoors but sheltered (consumption for heating it is charged extra)

Peaceful and central ground floor. village 5 minutes walk, bus station, pharmacy, shops and restaurants, cafes. many walks or bike rides (the tram route is car-free to Villards) 1 pet accepted but the garden is not fenced. They must not relieve themselves in the garden or scratch because there is a robotic lawnmower with a guide wire. there are many walks at the exit of the apartment to satisfy owners and animals.

Come and stay in this beautiful renovated barn, over 300 years old. There is a microclimate of relaxation, zen and a very special vacation, with a heavenly view! A side of Provence in Chartreuse in short! I live in this house and vacate it when I am booked in order to leave it to you in a private way. So you have access to the whole house except my bedroom and garage. I leave my cat Roxy on site.
