There are two double rooms with en-suite shower bath, another double room shares the bathroom with a single room. The living room has a beautiful fireplace and leads into an open dining and kitchen area. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor. The terrace invites you to enjoy nature.

The houseboat is located on the outside jetty of the "Boat and Living" yacht yard with a clear view of the approach to Heiligenhafen and the Graswarder nature reserve. "Tante Trost" offers approx. 30 m² of living space for 2 guests, 1 bedroom with double bed, a separate shower room with toilet and a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette (without dishwasher). The sun deck and the terrace with deck chairs invite you to sunbathe and relax.

The exceptionally beautiful floating vacation home has a living area of 36m2 and a 10m2 covered deck terrace. The 20m2 living and dining area with a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and a comfortable sofa has panoramic windows on three sides. Adjacent are two cozy bedrooms with double beds and the fully equipped shower room with toilet.

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.

A terrace with its own beach chair & other seating in our well-kept garden invites you to linger. 2 bikes can be used if available.
