The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

Netzschkau ist eine kleine Stadt mit ca. 3000 Einwohnern im malerischen Vogtland zwischen Plauen, Zwickau und dem thüringischen Greiz gelegen. In unseren Räumen haben Sie freies WLAN und Parkplätze stehen vorm Haus zur Verfügung. Die reizvolle Waldreiche Umgebung lädt zu Wanderungen, Spaziergängen und zum Rad fahren ein. Im Winter laden die Skigebiete Schöneck, Mühlleiten, Klingenthal zum Skifahren ein.

Located on the outskirts of town and already in the midst of beautiful nature, we cordially invite you to a relaxing vacation in our Ferien-Nest-Plus! Well-being, relaxing, slowing down, chilling, hiking, fishing, everything is possible here. The reservoir is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Around the lake you can experience untouched nature. Greiz and Elsterberg, with all shopping options, are a 10-minute drive away. The distance to Plauen and Reichenbach is 20 minutes by car.

Die Nutzung eines gr. Gartens in der Nähe ( 15 Minuten Fußweg) sind auf Wunsch möglich. Kostenloses Parken ist vor dem Haus bzw. direkt gegenüber möglich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie Fleischer und Nettomarkt mit Bäckerfiliale sind in 2 – 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Schäferwagen mit Aussicht

Einfachheit kombiniert mit Entspannung. Dieser kleine mit Ofen beheizbare Wagen steht für ein bis zwei Personen auf einem sonnigen Grundstück bereit. Ihr versorgt euch nach Campingstandard, bringt eigenen Kocher, Geschirr, Schlafsäcke etc. mit und nutzt den Platz draußen zum kochen und essen. Eine Toilette zur Nutzung im Haus, sowie Gartendusche vorhanden. Das Schlafsofa hat ein Laken. Es gibt eine Feuerschale für romantische Abende, das Reh bellt zur guten Nacht.
