We loved the apartment. Clean, tidy, and very well equipped. Location was very central, few meters to well-stocked grocery store and baker, yet very quiet. A good starting point for activities of all kinds. The communication with Claudia was great, check in and out without any problems.

We stayed in the apartment for the second time. It is well equipped, very clean and especially with its direct location on the dyke perfect for us. You have everything you need. Check-in via lockbox makes arrival flexible and easy. There is a lockable bike shed and quiet terrace. The communication with Janine was friendly and impeccable as last time.

The accommodation is perfect for 4 people! You feel right at home! Everything is clean and looks like the pictures. The apartment is well appointed and centrally located. The contact with Frederike was friendly and thanks to the nice conversation we could stay a little longer than indicated in the description. Looking forward to the next vacation!

A great apartment, bright, friendly, modern decorated, if you had anything to complain about, then at a high level the missing oven. A microwave is not practical in this case and since it also seems to have never been used as clean as it was, apparently not only I think so😉. In 5 minutes in the city center or on the beach, private parking in front of the door, great!!!

Everything is great, we felt very much at home. Everything was as described, check-in easy and flexible, the location very central. We had everything we needed to feel comfortable - even for our 2-year-old daughter. Communication in advance was also great. Thank you!

Can’t complain always a great host! House has everything you need

The apartment in Hooksiel offers unbeatable value for money, especially with the included bikes and the beach chair. The balcony is a real highlight, perfect for relaxing. Host Ingrid was very committed, handed us a clean apartment and quickly organized the key for the beach chair. A small disadvantage of the apartment is the somewhat weak heat and sound insulation. A secret tip: Be sure to pre-order fresh North Sea crabs from fish mother in the outdoor harbor!

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastic house! It is really perfectly appointed – everything you need is there, and it is super clean and spacious. The house is a real retreat to relax with lots of great extras such as the boat, whirlpool and perfectly equipped kitchen. The location is just ideal and our children felt very comfortable there – they even fell asleep quickly, which speaks for the comfort. Overall an absolute dream that we would book again at any time. Highly recommended!

We had a very nice vacation in Michael's house. Everything was as described and was clean, the kitchen well equipped. The rooms are practical and tastefully decorated; we also found it very positive that there was no unnecessary decoration lying around. There was also a high chair and a baby crib as well as a bed rail for the (parent) bed, great! Outside there is a playground, which was great for the kids. We can fully recommend Michael as a host and his house.

We were allowed to spend an unforgettable week in the "Old Painters House." Upon arrival it becomes clear: The location is an absolute dream. Quietly located, right on the water and away from the small country road, great for switching off. The decor is not only tasteful and cozy, but also designed with a lot of love for detail. We especially liked the large bedroom with its wide view over the surrounding meadows. A real highlight was the observation of thousands of nuns - right from bed! Nature up close without leaving the house. A short walk leads over a small jetty to the Sieltor, from where you can enjoy a great view of Ems and Dollart. Although the nearest rolls are a bit far away, they are of the highest quality. Conclusion: A wonderful vacation home with a very special atmosphere, surrounded by a quiet, inspiring environment. A week full of peace, nature and well-being – we will be happy to come back!

We had a great weekend in Dangast. The place is in a great location and everything was clean. It is not so optimal that both bathrooms are directly connected to one bedroom each and are only separated from the bedrooms with a foiled glass door.

Our stay at the place was great. We were there with 1 baby & 1 toddler - even they were thought of (toys/baby bed) The property is located in a great villa and is nicely quiet & secluded, but you can easily explore the area by car! We were very satisfied & can only recommend it!

Great apartment, central location. A lot is within walking distance, alternatively the ZOB/train station is not far. The hosts are very friendly and have furnished the apartment with a lot of love for detail. We felt comfortable from the beginning.
