Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten in direkter Wasserlage am Kanal mit traumhaften Blick in die ostfriesische Landschaft. Das Haus wurde umfassend saniert und renoviert. Wichtig war uns dabei, den ursprünglichen Charakter beizubehalten und diesen mit heutigem Wohnkomfort zu verbinden. Regionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und Individualität waren unser Kompass. Am Rande des historischen Dorfkerns in ruhiger Lage, nur einen Katzensprung zum Deich, zum Hafen und zur Fähre nach Ditzum.

Perfect for excursions in all directions and within a 20 km radius there is much more to experience and discover than you can do on a vacation. In the immediate vicinity, it is rural and tranquil with animals and lots of greenery. And the East Frisian also likes to have a little snack ;) Here you can still find idyll and cordiality! The kitchen has a dishwasher. If necessary, two guest beds can be provided for children. Linens and towels are provided.

Ein kleines eigenes Bauernhaus mit 17.500qm Land dabei. Mehr Freiheit geht fast nicht. Das Haus bietet gemütliche Räumlichkeiten und hat eine wunderbare Terrasse, die Richtung Süden ausgerichtet ist. Ein eigenes elektrisches Tor führt auf das Grundstück. Auf dem Gelände sind viele Winkel und kleine Hütten zu entdecken. Sollte es einmal kühler werden, dann könnt ihr gemütlich im Garten ein Korbfeuer anzünden oder den Ofen im Wohnzimmer.

It is located in the quiet village of Loquard. It is about 2 km to the dike edge, 1 km to the baker (Rysum), 11 km to other shopping (Pewsum) or 12 km (Emden) The Tidehuus is a good starting point for extensive bike tours in East Frisia.

The high-quality furnished Frisian house "Hus in Luv" can accommodate up to six people and has three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with sauna) and a modern kitchen. The fenced garden with terrace, awning and beach chair invites you to relax. Other amenities such as underfloor heating, fly screens, electric shutters, car parking space and bicycle room make the stay pleasant. Dogs are welcome.

Quiet yet close to the center in the north. A wood-burning stove provides charming coziness on gray days. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate dogs in this property.
