Frisian Heart - Lüntje

The apartment "Lüntje"is on the first floor of a Gulf Barn in the middle of the historic center of Greetsiel. From here it is only a 2 minute walk to the port. For a delicious breakfast, coffee or cake you just have to go down the stairs, because the Café Friesenherzis located directly under the apartment in the Gulf Barn. The apartment is perfect for a break for two. On 36 square meters, the apartment "Lüntje"offers an open kitchen-cum-living roomwith a separate sleeping area.The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you need on vacation. The living areais flooded with light from two floor-to-ceiling Velux windows. In the large double bed (180x200cm)you can sleep wonderfully under the home -made bed linen fromthe Friesenherz workshop. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtuband hairdryer. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. In the shared utility room (together with Fewo Memmert) you can wash, dry and iron your laundry. As the town center is closed to traffic, we have rented a parking lot for you on Ankerstrasse, which is about 400m away on foot. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

Greatly furnished and super clean apartment. Super friendly contact persons! We especially liked that bicycles were available that we were allowed to use. We also liked the pleasantly quiet location. At the same time, it is not far to Greetsiel and the dyke. Only note: Unfortunately, the internet did not work during our stay. So relaxation and switching off was of course even easier. :)

A balcony with wooden decking offers a view of the surrounding landscape, including fields and distant buildings. Large glass doors lead to a cozy living area, allowing natural light to enhance the space.

I had the pleasure of being a guest of Margret and felt completely comfortable from the first moment. The house is lovingly furnished – especially the garden invites you to linger and relax, beautiful. My room was cozy, well equipped and I slept wonderfully. Margret is a very warm host and had many valuable tips for excursions. I'll be more than happy to come back!

The place was really great and especially the kitchen equipment was really great. I just have one note. The pictures state that the tourist tax is included in the price. I only learned three days before arrival that this is not the case, in my opinion this should have been better communicated or already communicated at the time of booking. But I would book the apartment again at any time and also with this rental, because I was very satisfied with everything else.

Very nice apartment, right on the harbor. Everything is in walking distance. A parking space is right outside the door. The service has been very good, in arrangements such as an additional crib and also upon arrival. We felt very comfortable here and would come back any time.
