Madhav's lake house provided us with wonderful memories. The amenities were exceptional, exceeding our needs, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The breathtaking lake views were a highlight, and our group of four families thoroughly enjoyed kayaking and observing the lake's wildlife. Madhav's team was also incredibly responsive. We definitely plan to return.

What an incredible stay! This property let us really enjoy the amazing fall colors. The lake and surrounding area were a so beautiful, enjoying the solitude and nature was such a great getaway. Couldn’t reccomend it more! We loved our games of tennis, and immensely enjoyed the paddleboard and raft. Rachel and Stacie were very responsive, gave great recommendations, and made us feel right at home!

We will definitely come back! The house was perfectly located near mountain base for our short ski trip. The house was comfortable and well maintained. Valentyna was responsive and helpful! Thank you for a great visit!

An amazing house for a family stay in the Catskills area. Antonia has designed a beautiful home, with so many unique retro nods and details. The basement is an awesome additional space for everyone to hang out in. The backyard set up is also great- with easy access to the hot tub and a few steps to the lake. 15 min drive to great restaurants and things to do-Loved our stay here!

What a beautiful, well cared for, and comfortable place. Exactly as described. We were so happy to be able to bring our dog (who also felt right at home!!). Our adult kids live in Albany and Brooklyn so this was a great place to meet in the middle for Easter weekend. We rented in April so not quite warm enough to take advantage of Sleepy Hollow Lake but we would love to come back in the warmer months to enjoy the lake. We would definitely rent again.

What a great long weekend! The property was beautiful, house was very neat and clean, and the views were AMAZING. Everything was as advertised. Hosts were great, responsive, and their instructions and expectations were crystal clear. Guests I was staying with were already talking about booking this location again for themselves in the future as we were checking out as they wanted to stay longer!!!

Our group really enjoyed our stay at JunkO and Ryo’s place! It was def one of the better ones and we’ve been to 30+ upstate. The recently renovated open concept house is roomy, squeaky clean, and decorated and furnished beautifully. The windows and new sliding doors provide a full panoramic view of the mountains while you sit and eat. The sauna downstairs is also very relaxing and gets hot quickly. They provide robes, spa towels, slippers, and has its own private shower a few steps away. Beds are super comfy and there’s no shortage of linens, towels or anything you may need. Kitchen was also fully stocked. Location is 10-15 mins from anything and everything. Oh and it is VERY baby friendly With very little excess clutter, and they provided all the necessary items (crib,highchair,child gates, tub etc) Don’t hesitate to stay here, We look forward to visiting again soon.

This home is tucked into a wooded lot along Sleepy Hollow Lake. The home was thoughtfully decorated with everything we needed to have a relaxing stay. This was the first time that we have rented a home attached to an HOA, and while that brought additional conditions to be mindful of, our stay was easy and laid back. The access to the water and boats lent to afternoons of fun and the space inside was comfortable and spacious. We spent so much time playing in the lake and exploring the area that we never got the chance to check out the clubhouse pool and accommodations. Michael was prompt with communication gave great recommendations and our directions were clear and easy to follow.

A group of friends and family visited for a weekend ski trip, and both the adults and children had an incredible time. The property was absolutely perfect for a family getaway, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. While the downstairs shower was a bit misty and soft, both upstairs shower booths were compact but provided strong water pressure. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

It was lovely stay! We stayed close to 10 days and it was perfect to post up for a bit. Very thoughtfully stocked. Everything you needed but not cluttered. It is a short drive to wonderful hiking trails and so much other great stuff. The host was also so responsive and kind. Allowed us to borrow her Vitamix during our stay which was super generous. Highly recommend and great value!

What a wonderful place—cozy, warm, and incredibly inviting. Our hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even texting us weather updates when it started snowing to make sure we were safe. Their thoughtfulness really stood out. We truly enjoyed our stay and are already thinking of coming back in the summer to experience the beautiful countryside in a different season. A solid 10/10—highly, highly recommend!

Spent the weekend at this super cozy cabin in Palenville and loved it. Peaceful, comfy, and surrounded by nature—just what we needed. Perfect little escape from the city. Would totally come back!

What can I say except WOW! Incredible property, cabin and serene setting all packed in one Airbnb! Katrina was the perfect host answering any questions we had leading up to and during our stay. The cabin was spotless, private and exactly what we were looking for! Katrina's local recommendations were great and we also found 2 places that I thought to mention: Gracie's Luncheonette for breakfast (gotta try the hash browns!) and Red's Seafood (if you're looking for some incredible GF options). Would stay here again in a second! We were able to get to multiple hikes in, easy and moderate, within 30-45 minute drives. I highly recommend Katrina's Airbnb for a weekend getaway!

This was my second time staying here, I love it and the location. I was happy to bring my wife with me this trip and she loved it too. We’re already planning the next time we go.

It’s a wonderful cabin by the lake. The place is very warm in the winter and is spacious for a family. The location is quite close to Windham mountain ski resort and only a short drive. I could see the surrounding will be beautiful in the spring or summer. Very private. The host is very responsive and kind.

A charming cabin perfect for a weekend away. Our group opted mostly to stay in instead of explore local areas and it was the perfect size with just enough to do! The small explorations we did have for local coffee and produce were wonderful. A couple issues with some household appliances but the host was responsive and considerate to resolve them. Loved the doc, kayaks, and hot tub as well as smaller objects to use for entertainment, such as a guitar, fireplace, and games. Hope to come back next year!

Beautiful home on a peaceful lake. Great for families and young children with toys and lots of things to do for the kids. Close to Hudson, overall great stay!
