Cozy Cabin minutes from NRG National Park

WilliamRating, 5 stars2 days ago
We had a great stay at the Emerson and Wayne. As much as we loved the cabin, we loved the grounds and outdoor amenities even more. We drank coffee on the screen porch in the morning, hiked, recovered in the hot tub and had dinner around the fire pit. The cabin is as described and well thought out. The bathroom was really nice and roomy. The heated floor and towel warmer were great on chilly mornings. I would add that a person with mobility issues might struggle with the loft staircase. We would highly recommend this cabin.

Historic Secluded Log Cabin near Snowshoe Mountain

GarrettRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This is a truly special cabin. A perfect escape from everyday life. The setting is magical, with an open meadow bordered by a mountain stream. We spent our time lounging on the deck in the hot tub while snow fell around us. The night sky is so clear and I haven't seen so many stars in ages. The cabin itself is rustic, clean, and charming. Highly recommended!

The Idaho! Camping cabin close to NRG.

JamieRating, 5 stars6 months ago
The location was super convenient as I was traveling to attend Bridge Day. The cabin looks just like the photos and it was easy to find. The hosts were super friendly and very helpful when I accidentally locked myself out of my cabin. And when I mentioned that the space heater that was provided was not working properly they replaced it for me. If you are looking for a no-frills, basic shelter and accommodations then this is it!

Lazy Bear Log Cabin

JenniferRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We've stayed here multiple times, and each time and season has been enjoyable in its own way. Sitting riverside around the fire ring into evening is wonderful. There's so much to do outside that it's easy to forget how lovely a space the cabin is...you're right in the middle of a town but elevated so it's possible to have privacy to hang out on the porch and read or watch the geese and ducks float by. It's been years now, and this cabin is still our favorite getaway spot.

We had a very nice few days at Half-Pint. In spite of some bad weather it was still possible to get out and visit New River Gorge and the surrounding area from Tara's cabin. Beautiful location, cozy interior, and Tara's responsive hosting made for a very good trip.

Southwest Spirit Cabin retreat

JeffRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Pieter and Jenna's place was ideal for us after a day of hiking. Peaceful, quiet and close to the AT. Price was very reasonable in comparison to others and it was not a hotel. We just needed an overnight quiet place to sleep, make dinner and breakfast and back on the trail and then back home. Our goal was not to hang out, but it might have been nice to use or bring a Solo Stove Fire Pit. Their place was VERY clean, looked new, easy check in and check out. Not a big fridge or microwave but worked just fine for our needs. There is no door between the bathroom/laundry room and the bedroom, just small swinging saloon doors. Which is fine, as long as you understand that you don't have the kind of privacy you may be used to at home. All-in-all, it was a nice place to stay and would come back again.

Cozy Log Cabin Getaway in Snowshoe, West Virginia

MelissaRating, 5 stars3 months ago
This cozy cabin was perfect for my family of 5 kids! We came to go skiing for the first time at snowshoe and the cabin was a perfect private retreat for family time, games, and a hot tub for aches and pains from skiing! Super clean, cozy and we had everything needed including laundry detergent we forgot! Filtered cold water tower was extra nice for all our yeti refills! We were party of 7 but 10 can sleep comfortably, plus two full baths! Crockpot, two types of coffee makers, toaster, all cooking utensils needed for big breakfasts and convenient supper! Thank you for sharing your cozy cabin for our first family ski trip! Best wishes, A Tennessee family!

Log Cabin and Camp Ward Haven

StevenRating, 5 stars3 days ago
The Cabin was really nice; very clean and modern, really liked the space. The AC didn't work very well, so it did get a little hot at times, but there are 2 big ceiling fans that worked well to keep it tolerable, that would be my only real complaint though was just temperature. There was a little snafu with the gate being locked at the entrance/exit of the property when we tried to exit, but they responded quickly to get it resolved. Overall it was a very nice cabin, and we really enjoyed our stay; would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful custom built A-Frame - #1 Cabin Bela

EvaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Despite renting this cabin in the dead of winter, leading to frozen pipes and being buried in snow, this stay was just what I needed to get away for a little while with my dog. Xavier notified me in advance of the pipes and there being no water, but made it work by providing ample drinking and flushing water. The mini split heater and an electric heater kept the cabin comfortable, but the wood stove cabin probably would have been more ideal in this weather. The family who lives near the property was extremely attentive to my needs and made me feel welcomed and safe. Bonus points for adorable goats, chickens, and cats on the property. I hope to come back in better weather to enjoy the trail and lake.
