As close to the Lake as you can get!

House is located directly above the new Lake Cumberland Marina (formally Alligator Dock II). It is hard to find a rental this close to the water with a full service marina. Marina offers boat rentals, ramp, overnight slip rentals, fuel, grocery and restaurant. 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a futon sofa in living room that can sleep two additional guest. Two decks for outside seating, enough parking for truck and boat trailer. Seasonal lake view. Less than 3 minutes until you’re on the water!

You have the option of reserving 1 bedroom (up to 2 ppl per room) or 2 bedrooms (add $45 for second room, payable on arrival) We are about 5 minutes from all of Campbellsville’s terrific amenities. This includes a den/kitchen combo, large bath and laundry room. A semi-private entrance to a modern, yet cozy area. While we still invite short term stays, we have switched our focus to long-term stays for business and traveling nurses. We can accommodate fishing boats/truck combo if you are fishing.
