Old town is only 10 min away along most beautiful waterfront Promenade. The nearest beach and beach bar are 200 m away. Park forest, Sustipan waterfront park and ACI Yacht harbour are only 300 m away. Private garage for your car is 70 m away from your property. In front of the Villa most of the time there are parking spots free of charge 😊

New object , located in Primošten, Villa Mia offers accommodations with a private pool. The property was built in 2018 and features air-conditioned accommodations with a terrace. Villa has beautiful sea view from terrace, Evenings and sunsets are lovely. Great barbecue is available for guests to use.
