The decor is neat and the space is very well thought out to offer comfort and practicality. The host was super welcoming, available and attentive, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We recommend this place without a second thought and hope to be able to return during our next stay in the area. Again, thank you for this great experience!

It was 5 great days in the small house by the lake. We went hiking in the nearby nature reserve and rented kayaks in Tleń. But even for people who don't want to do anything, the place offers everything you need to have a nice time. Shopping can be reached in 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot. We didn't miss anything. We will be happy to come back.

We were in a custom period around New Year's Eve, we found exactly what we were looking for: peace and great walking places. In addition, our dog appreciated a large fenced garden where he could run freely. Super-equipped cottage, the kitchen has everything you need and even more :) We'd love to come back :)

We spent a family holiday in Radoslaw’s place and loved it. The place had everything we needed, the garden is magnificent and overlooks to the large lake. The village is calm but has a very practical shop almost next door. Communication was immediate and we felt very welcome- we would love to come again.

Maria is a very nice hostess. A cottage well-maintained everywhere, clean, well-equipped. It provides many experiences for the younger and old. Very close to the lake, nice quiet atmosphere, beautiful views. I can honestly recommend this cottage.

The house has everything you need for a multi-day stay. Cozy, warm thanks to the fireplace and in beautiful surroundings for walks. Marcin was always available and helpful. We can definitely recommend the house!

Łukasz’s place was great as our base in Wrocław! It is centrally located between to the market square and the university with great views from the fifth floor to top it off. The apartment was spacious, clean, and quiet, and Łukasz was super quick to respond to any questions.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, and the communication with the host was easy and friendly. We felt very welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommend and would love to come back!

We had a great time, the apartment was comfortable. Martha was quick to answer all our questions and helped us with an earlier check-in, for which we thank you very much. Everything we needed was within walking distance.

For the first time, we were able to take advantage of the proposed accommodation from Mr. Yaroslav and Yulia. We are very grateful to them for providing such a nice, cozy and comfortable place to stay in Wroclaw! Walking every day to the center, nearby shopping center with all shops available nearby, etc. The place was very comfortable, warm and cozy for us. Everything in the description was accurate. Convenient location of housing layout and comfort 100%!!! I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Wroclaw, choose this accommodation from Mr. Yaroslav and you will not regret it! I hope that someday when we visit Wroclaw, we will come here again!

A new, very well-equipped apartment. Everything is as described and photographed. Clear instructions from the Host, sent in advance, made it easy to find the place and enter the apartment. A big amenity is a parking space in the underground garage. Quiet neighborhood, but close to shops, restaurants, just a short walk to get to the market.

Great fo 1-2 days stay!

Monika was a brilliant host. She responded to every question I had promptly. The apartment is beautiful, even better than the photos. The location is perfect, walkable and very quiet. We took my 9 month old son and she provided a cot and a baby bath, the apartment is very accessible with a lift and wide open spaces. I’d definitely recommend it, we loved it!

Unfortunately didn’t get to stay in this location due to an error in the system that double booked the apartment. I am leaving a review for the host, though. She was very responsive and apologetic when she realized that the error had double booked the location. She immediately refunded the full amount. Very professional and courteous… Mistakes happen!
