Just outside the door, are bush & scenic walks, waterfalls,, swimming in the creek (which ranges from ankle deep to twice an adult's depth.) It's only 2-10 mins drive away from the beach, cafes, general store, farm store, art & craft shops, medical centre, library and tennis courts. There's plenty of outdoors space (1260ha of it) ... My house has lots of character and comfort and is great for pets; friends, family and club get-togethers (4 other houses are available on the farm for accommo too)

This was our second stay at Leon's Bach and we loved it just as much. Elizabeth is an excellent host friendly and communicative, the bach is simple and perfect- love the private outdoor shower option for sandy times! We even bought honey from their farm and it is delicious. Would defs come back 10/10.

Paul is a fantastic Host. He met us and showed us how everything worked. He is very friendly and obviously proud of his amazing home. The house was spotless and extremely well equipped. It is about 30-40 minutes from Coromandel Town but did not lack anything we needed to make a lengthy stay comfortable. Our boys are into Spearfishing and the location for that was perfect with clear water and lots of very fishy rock formations. The fact they could spear Kingfish 50 meters from the bottom of the garden was just magical. We definitely recommend the place to others and hope to return. David, Dianne, Roman and Marco

Perfect remote beach glamping getaway! The property has privacy while still being easy to access. Beautiful beaches right out the front gate. Starlink wifi allowed us to work remotely with ease. When we had an issue with the power on the first day, response was quick and in person to fix issue and come up with alternatives if needed. Went to sleep each night after enjoying unobstructed views of stars and woke in the morning to the sounds of birds and waves. Driving to restaurants on the island allowed us to explore more of the island. Enjoyed our time so much we extended by a night! Highly recommend!

My girlfriend and I stayed at Tina’s humble abode. From the first time we met her at check in until we said our goodbyes, she made us feel so warm and welcome. The bed was so comfy and not to mention the pillows, WOW! Stargazing from the lush L shape lounge outside was a dream. Waking up to nothing but the waves crashing on the shore and the little birds chirping. We wish it was cold enough to use the world’s cutest indoor fire place! Can’t thank you enough for hosting us in your little slice of paradise.

Very cozy and well appointed. View was spectacular and the local bunnies and birds were fun to watch. A 4x4 vehicle is a must to access the house, and the driveway is not for the faint of heart! But well worth it for the privacy, beauty and comfort of the stay! Would definitely return!,
