fabulous place. oasis. refreshing cold pool. great views. got to use the bikes (the hill home is a killer be warned!) and eat al fresco most nights. great park for walking/running just 5 min away.

Beautiful typical Provençal house, with a wonderful garden and all the equipment you need.

What a special place! The house is fully equipped, particularly the kitchen and the living room have all amenities you could imagine. The view is incredible, the outdoor space is gorgeous, the plants are very well kept and the terrace is very spacious. Very clean indoors and outdoors! We enjoyed the projector with the Dolby surround system on the rainy days. There were not many options to eat out or buy groceries/bread within walking distance, so some driving is needed. Marc was also very helpful and fast to respond when we had some issues with the home automation. Overall a wonderful place we hope to come back to again.

The beautiful room with outdoor kitchen and outdoor dining room had everything you need for relaxing days. A fragrant, tasteful bedroom with good Bed and beautiful linen, a wonderful covered and well-maintained dining area with outdoor kitchen, functionally furnished. A large pool, to be used at any time and larger than in the pictures, wonderful in hot temperatures after a trip - and even illuminated at night. A central location to explore Provence and the Carmargue, on absolutely private and large grounds with the landlady Marie Agnes and her discreet family. In a quiet, friendly and pleasant way, Marie Agnes anticipated our every wish and gave good tips for the area. Beautiful bird and frog concert in the evening. We had a truly amazing stay at this accommodation and completely fell in love with the house, the garden, and the entire area. It’s located in a safe and quiet neighborhood in Marseille, and there are few places I’ve stayed where the reality is even more beautiful than the photos. It’s hard to put into words just how stunning the house and garden are. The home has been lovingly renovated, and you can really tell that every piece of furniture and detail was chosen with care and great taste. Each room has its own unique charm, the kitchen is modern and perfectly equipped for cooking, and the garden even has a small pool and shower where you can refresh. Penelope was a wonderful host – always available, incredibly helpful, and full of great local tips. If you appreciate thoughtful design, attention to detail, high-quality amenities, proximity to the sea, and cozy evenings in the garden, this is the perfect place for you.

Sheer perfection. If you have anything to complain when visiting this spot, you need another life. Wonderful view, great hospitality, attention to detail, very easy communications.

Superb sunset view and clean apartment

My family of 4 (myself, wife, two teenagers) absolutely loved staying in Anais' castle. The views were....stunning! It comes with a great pool that we really enjoyed when it got a bit hot (stayed during a June heatwave). The small hillside village has a few restaurants easily walkable to from the house. We loved the pizza place and the guy making pizzas was super awesome and friendly. The owner of the next door restaurant sold us soft drinks and wine even though he was technically closed. Really a friendly very small town atmosphere. We had a car, so lots to do in the surrounding villages. Anais was kind enough to provide a guide and we definitely took his suggestions. He was very responsive and provided excellent directions for finding this gem. maximin-la-sainte-baume is a small town about 5min away. There you can find groceries, coffee, shopping, etc. I fully recommend this place and Anais as a host!

We enjoyed our stay at Stéphanie's place. It feels like a calm oasis in a very busy and cool area. The well designed studio has everything you need. The area has a lot to offer, from cool shops to local bakeries and cool restaurants. Stéphanie shared some nice local suggestions and we appreciated that she was very flexible regarding our early arrival. Your perfect base in the centre of Marseille.

Emma was helpful and friendly. She responded quickly to any question. Her place was super cute with a wonderful patio and great AC. Right next to town, made it easy to get to the beach and to dinner.

We felt completely comfortable in the apartment. Everything is pleasantly simple and functional, without unnecessary decoration – exactly to our taste. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the quiet balcony, where we had breakfast in the morning in the sun and ended the day in the evening. The location is wonderfully quiet, beaches and the center of Cassis are within walking distance – also ideal as a starting point for hikes in the Calanques. A place you'd like to stay.

Excellent apartment and host! The roof top terrace is just amazing and peaceful. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby, it's a 10 minute walk to the beach, it's great. We'll be there 😊

Apartment was great. Very nice to have an outdoor terrace. Centrally located to Centre Ville, SNCF Gare Aix and Cours Mirabeau. Only downsides are low air conditioning in living area and lots of stairs if carrying large suitcases but this information is shared in the listing so not a surprise to us. Otherwise great apartment and responsive / helpful host. Would recommend a stay here.

Marie-Caroline as a host was wonderful and the apartment was beautiful, just as described. We arrived later than expected and she adjusted to our situation. She was very attentive and informative. Great recommendations for eating out and activities. The apartment was clean and perfect for our family. The views from the multiple patios were amazing. We especially loved having meals on the large patio while watching the sailboats and sunsets. We highly recommend Marie-Caroline and her penthouse over the sea. We would definitely stay there again.

Very pleasant and beautifully furnished apartment, spacious, very comfortable for 2 people, comfortable bed, great shower, good kitchen, large balcony with magnificent views of the sea, the island and the city (it is worth taking binoculars). We liked everything very much and we enjoyed the two weeks. We would like to thank Pierre and Kevin very much.

Perfect! Beautiful location right next to the sea. Loved sitting on the terrace watching the world go by. Shops, restaurants and a gorgeous bakery within a short walk. Easy bus service in to the lovely old town with a stop right outside. Highly recommend!

Great location! Easy walk to the city waterfront. Gated parking right at the complex. Jean-Luc was so nice and accommodating with check-in and check-out. The apartment exceeded our expectations. The view is phenomenal! We will definitely return! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Clean and as described. Waterfront apartment, the beach is located opposite. Parking in the back very convenient. We had a great time at Mathieu's and recommend this stay.

Very sweet house. On site is everything you need. Unfortunately, it is quite loud. Street and loud music is already very annoying in the long run. But overall it was great. Above all, the direct view of the sea ♥️

Beautiful accommodation with stunning views! The terrace is exceptional and very pleasant. Small accommodation and bed in a corner, not really a separate room but otherwise great, very clean, well-equipped, convenient parking and friendly host.
