Newly built cottage 50 sqm, four meters from the sea with magnificent panoramic views in the beautiful Stockholm archipelago. Private sandy beach and jetty. Modern kitchen with dishwasher. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Access to kayak, bicycles, bocce ball court and lawn for games and play. Hot tub recessed in the wooden deck just outside the cottage - available May-September. Wood stove in the house and one outside. Firewood is available. You can get here by car or bus from Stockholm (1.5h) or by one of the Waxholm boats. Sheets and towels are included.

Our house in the Stockholm archipelago has a unique location, is completely self-sufficient in electricity through solar cells, and not connected to the electricity grid. The house is "off grid" and is now 98% complete. All functionality is ready, there are a few beauty spots. The stairs, for example, have no handrail yet.

The house consists of a double bedroom with sea views, sleep with the window open and hear the waves. Social room with fully-equipped kitchen, sofa and armchairs. Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Our wonderful cottage is known from Astrid Lindgren's iconic TV series Saltkråkan and is suitable for friendgroups, the couple in love or a family with kids. Cottage is located on a large estate, only 10 minutes walk from the ferry stop and 5 min to our private jetty located on the public sandy beach. Completely renovated part of a townhouse of 38 sqm with patio of about 80 sqm for rent. The patio is equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining. If you want to barbecue, there is a grill to borrow if you ask. Animals are welcome to come along and a fence is on the patio so dogs can be loose on the property. Washing machine and drying rack are available if you need to do laundry.
