Historic House on Lake with Pool - Stone Haven

JulieRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
This place was wonderful for our group! The kids needed space and they got it at this house! It was so nice to have MANY outdoor activities such as basketball courts, kayaking, a hot tub, scooters to roll around on, hiking path, and just lots of room everywhere! The house was great and provided the space we needed to eat, sleep, etc. We were impressed with everything. The showers got cold after awhile, but that is to be expected with that many people showering and doing some laundry. When we planned better, then it wasn’t a problem. The hosts were great to work with and responded right away whenever we had a question. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, and I hope to stay there again when I bring a group to Kentucky in the future!
A serene scene captures a person fishing from a small boat on a calm waterway. Lush green foliage frames the area, while sun-dappled light filters through the trees, reflecting off the tranquil surface of the water.

“The Island” 3BR in Union KY

AllisonRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Secluded area, peaceful, very comfortable bed and couch. We did deal with excessive (like 15-20+) stink bugs in the master bedroom over the course of our stay. Yes, they are harmless, but they are a nuisance and no one wants bugs on the ceiling above the bed or in their suitcase. The host did say she would address the issue. There was also hard water buildup on the shower head so the water pressure wasn’t great. Overall we had a good stay and would recommend the house and the host to others.

The Bear Necessities

BrendaRating, 5 stars1 day ago
The Bear Necessities cabin was just precious. It was nicely decorated with everything stocked that we could need. It was very clean and comfortable. The cabin is located near the Creation Museum, as well as The Ark Encounter. Only 45 minutes from Cincinnati. I would highly recommend this cabin.

125-Acre Retreat on a Lake with Pool - Stone Haven

LindaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This property was an absolutely perfect place for the group trip I was planning. The house is stocked with everything you need to feel exactly like home. The weather was pretty rough for one of the days, but we were still able to use the kayaks and the house had plenty of board games around along with the pool table, hot tub and wii in the lake house. We had plenty of space to hang out and relax after playing games all day. Emily was extremely helpful leading up to our reservation answering any of the questions or concerns I had. I also nearly last minute added a night to the reservation and Emily was extremely accommodating. I would recommend this property for any large group or family gathering. It's perfect. We had plenty of towels and basic necessities for the three days we were there.

Paradise Cove! Williamstown Lake - 7 miles to Ark!

JenniferRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We stayed here during a business trip. We absolutely loved staying here! Donny was very responsive, the home was clean, so cute, and had a beautiful lake view. We would highly recommend staying at this location. The dirt road can be a little treacherous for those that are not used to driving on dirt roads, but we felt right at home!

Family Cottage on Williamstown Lake Near the Ark

TiffanyRating, 5 stars6 months ago
We loved our long weekend at the cottage! It was such a peaceful setting that allowed us to relax and recharge. The lake-view from the deck, in the morning and evenings was awesome. It was a little too chilly for water activities, but we look forward to returning in the summer and taking full advantage of ‘lake life!’ The host was so accommodating. We loved the location in proximity to the daily activities we were doing-Creation Museum/Newport, visiting distilleries in Frankfort and the local Ark Encounter.

15 mins from Ark Encounter! The Happy Lake Cottage

AmyRating, 5 stars5 months ago
We had a wonderful stay this weekend! Tracy was SUPER helpful and answered questions quickly! We loved having fires down on the dock and my husband did a little fishing! It was great to site out in the screened in patio and watch tv! One thing I will mention is that the TVs are smart TVs and that required us to sign in to our Netflix and ESPN accounts to be able to watch anything. Totally not a big deal for us but for people with cable at home it’s something to think about. Other than that, the size of the beds was a small issue but we made it work! The place was stunning and just as described! Amazing weekend getaway ❤️

Lake Front w/ PooL! Between Ark & Creation Museum.

AmberRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Tonya was an AMAZING host! Her place is just as described, and she was extremely friendly, helpful and thoughtful. We stayed in early April right after it had been raining heavily for a few days, so sadly we weren't able to enjoy all the amenities she had to offer as much as we wanted, plus the pool wasn't open yet. The first day we arrived; we did go on the kayaks for a bit, but it was short lived because it was too cold, the second day was super windy and colder than we had expected, which prevented us from being able to do much outside, (but we ended up visiting the Creation Museum that day anyways, and then the ARK the following morning; both were 5 stars!) but unfortunately we had to cut our trip short, so i paid for 3 nights and ended up only staying 2, and couldn't really enjoy the added amenities due to weather while we were there, so I wouldn't give the experience 5 stars, but I do give Tonya and her place 5 stars b/c everything was exactly as described. :) Thank You Tonya

Riverfront Carriage House Cottage in Warsaw, KY

CoryRating, 5 stars1 month ago
My stay at the Carriage House could not have been better! I was in town for a funeral and needed a comfortable place to stay while I attended the service and visited family. The host Lisa was so responsive and thoughtful, even making sure the lights were on so I felt welcomed upon my evening arrival. The home is spotless and exactly as shown in the pictures. I have traveled all over and stayed in many Airbnbs, and the Carriage House is by far the best one yet! This home exceptionally well appointed with amenities and thoughtful touches. I was traveling alone this time but have two children who are often with me, had they been here for this trip they would have had a blast with all of the games and kids amenities as well. Highly recommend. Thank you Lisa!

Lakeside Cabin hot tub near Ark

AngieRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Wow, what a beautiful cabin. We had 2 couples staying in the cabin for the weekend with plenty of room. I ask the owners if they had a banner for a birthday🤗. We were celebrating my best friend’s 60th birthday. We went to the Arc encounter which was very close and had dinner reservations in Cincinnati on a dinner train. Anjanette went above and beyond to hang balloons and a banner. She was so thoughtful. We all had a wonderful time at the cabin and the hot tub was amazing. We would definitely recommend this cabin. Thanks for a wonderful weekend.

We so enjoyed staying at this charming cabin! The cabin is exactly as described and is even cuter in person. Such a peaceful environment to relax and unwind. And the cabin is very family friendly too, with baby gates by the stairs and a high chair. 10/10 recommend!

Vintage Container Cabin on Beautiful Farm Near Ark

MelissaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Josh was a great host. He responded to inquiries quickly, and provided useful information regarding his property and local things to see/do, and dining options. His place is perfect for a getaway with your dog! Our Golden loved exploring the property, especially the creek! Our pug enjoyed just lounging around. I loved the beautiful Virginia Bluebells by the creek. This cabin was perfect for our short one-night stay.
