Vacation rentals with a patio in Grant County

While we had to cancel our stay right after we got there we could not of been more happy. Very clean, great location and private. Christa was very understanding and worked with me through all of this. She is quick to respond and kind.

Best Airbnb with many items to use that most don’t have! Would stay again!

This was the best Airbnb I've stayed at. The home was fully decorated and furnished. A real home. Not stark and cold like many airbnbs. The bedroom was cozy and the bed comfy with nice linens. Lots of lamps for warm lighting. The kitchen had everything a normal home would have. The fact that Julie lives down the street gave me an added sense of security. I wish I could have stayed longer.

It was an amazing place, i stayed for 2 weeks and i enjoyed it a lot, everything was as described, definitely stay again.

Amazing stay! Photos and description didn’t do this place justice! Cedric is very involved, reaches out through your stay to ensure you have everything you need, and if there’s anything you need or want, he’s willing to go out and get it himself and provide. Great host. Place was well lit at night so walking my dog was nice, I can see him well, and see our surroundings, without the lights intruding in while I slept. Provided spare dog bags and even a big scooper to make everything easier. Would definitely love to stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay, it is very well located and the place is super clean, we would definitely return to your place.

My daughter and I wanted to see the Bob Ross museum. We had a great time. It was available for one night which you can't find all the time. There's is a nice park across the street. We were a 5 minute drive from restaurants and town. Bonus, there was sling TV and I was able to waych NCAA games.

I had planned to stay in Peru for one night with my bandmates after a show we played in Kokomo. We ended up finding a place to stay in Kokomo last minute so we didnt make it to the airbnb. However, Krissa was great at communicating and made sure we had everything we needed in place.

So comfortable! We enjoyed the space to hangout and relax, either together in the living room and kitchen or quietly on our own. It was convenient for us to see family or being just a few minutes drive for shopping. Kitchen, laundry, WiFi, etc were all useful. Thank you Katlia for being super helpful and easy to work with that really enhanced our stay.

Comfortable and close to Ball State. Marina even left us a dozen eggs from her chickens — couldn’t have been a nicer stay!

Spotless~Convenient-Peaceful The home was exactly as described. All amenities were as described in the listing, if not better. We came to town last minute for a family medical emergency and Cheryl was very responsive and flexible to work with. Wi-Fi was excellent which came in handy since we had to work from home while we were there. The house was ABSOLUTELY SPOTLESS and was in a convenient location. Check-in/Check-out was extremely easy and Cheryl was quick to respond with any questions or procedures. We felt very lucky to find such a clean, convenient home last minute! Highly Recommend

Ashley’s home worked out great for our family’s 4-day trip to Muncie. The house and amenities were exactly as described and the home was super clean when we arrived. The WiFi and smart tvs worked great and the kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed to make meals. The game room was a huge plus, and we had fun playing air hockey and foosball with our boys. The neighborhood is quiet, seemed very safe, and conveniently located. Would absolutely rent again.
