Situated among the golden sand dunes with a sea view, it is the ideal place to spend a nice holiday in total relax and peace. From here you can admire stunning sunrises and amazing sunsets. The apartment is completely refurbished and furnished with care. It is consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room-kitchen with a sofa bed, a terrace with sea view and a private car park.

Lucia, e vicino alle catacombe di San Giovanni, al Santuario e teatro greco, raggiungibili tranquillamente a piedi. L'appartamento è anche a 400 metri dal mare. Il sito è composto da camera da letto, ampio soggiorno con due divani letto, cucina bagno e ampio cortiletto privato, dove potersi rilassare. Vi sono a disposizione due bici. Wi-Fi. La posizione è ottimale per chi volesse visitare le bellezze di questa terra, tra le quali Piazza Duomo, Forte Aretusa, Piazza Archimede e percorrere lunghe passeggiate godendo dell'eccezionale vista sul mare della Marina. E' possibile inoltre raggiungere delle meravigliose zone balneari scegliendo tra una rilassante giornata in spiaggia o in uno dei numerosi solarium sul lungomare di Ortigia.
