Vacation rentals in Grande Santa Cruz Island

This was my second stay at the Penthouse, the first time in the much more spacious ground floor unit. Strongly recommended for you. There are many hotels more economical, but the Penthouse is spacious, comfortable, clean, decorous, and a perfect sanctuary from the smoke and noise of the city. In addition, the wifi and aircon were both perfect at all times. Joy is an amazing manager and went way out of her way to solve any minor problems with the unit as well as calling the tourist office and drivers to enable a trip to the Once Islas. Thanks so much again! I strongly recommend the Penthouse for your short or long stays.

Room was Awesome, bathroom was the reason why i chose to book this room, it is huge :) I'm more than happy. Everything was clean, spare bed sheets and towels in wardrobe, i was nicely surprised. Air-condition works perfect, a lot of shops around, very friendly neighborhood. One of the most important for me was.... the internet is fast, enough to connect my chromecast to tv in the room. Price - really good Room - Awesome place - friendly I will recommend to my friends. Thank You!!!

Amelita is a very nice person. She asks if its okay she helps us and stay with us a little bit but also respects when you wanna stay privalte.She helped us really to feel at hone. The house is veryclean and the cooling device worked well. Next to her is a small mini shop with water, drinks, food and the owner is also very nice. Its very peaceful in her house and in the night you sleep very well because no noise from the city. Onlysmall distance you are at a big local market with lots of restaurants, barbeque, fruit and vegetable selling family-shops. So Amelita is a great host and woman with lot of life experiebce. I had very amazing staying here is worth it the price I had a good time with my family and everyone they enjoyed the place is just amazing and very relaxing. Ate Jenny is very responsible and generous she always there for everything I need. My family we enjoyed the grilled night downstairs I will definitely comeback here.

It's near the DPWH Regional Office which is a plus for us because we are employees of DPWH from CAR who attended training thereat. Room is not that spacious but it's just right for 4 pax maximum. If you are looking for a budget friendly accomodation, this is just the right place.

When compared to staying in a hotel in Zamboanga this wins hands down. It was great to have a real couch, a modern TV, a real kitchen, proper tables and chairs and a normal sized fridge. When we had guests over it was easy to accomodate them in the apartment. The rooftop area was a nice bonus as well. Having two separate bedrooms was great as well, so our son had his space, and we had ours. The area has a pharmacy close and other small stores and restaurants. Food deliveries were easy enough to arrange too. All up we were very comfortable staying there. Our on-site hosts were very accomodating and helpful as well.

The place is nce. Only that the access road is not good especially when it rains. Its okay if you have your own car. But overall experience is good
