House vacation rentals in Grandcamp-Maisy

We were pleasantly surprised by the little community there and especially the restaurant when we arrived rather late. Our hosts were very accommodating and pleasant. We would definitely rebook.

What an amazing place the pictures don’t do it justice. There was everything you need and more, it is very well equipped, from kitchen equipment, pool equipment and everyday necessities! We have two young boys and everything you require is already there. Our boys loved it, especially the play area and pool. Lovely hosts, lovely home and very clean and tidy If we are in the area again in the future we would no doubt book this again.

We cannot say enough great things about my stay at Sophie’s place — it was truly exceptional from start to finish. Sophie was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and responsive, making us feel at home the moment we arrived. Her hospitality set the tone for a warm and relaxing experience. The place itself was spotless. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making it both cozy and beautifully maintained. It felt like a home away from home, with all the little touches that make a big difference — from linens to a well-equipped kitchen and inviting decor. The location was perfect — quiet and peaceful, centrally located to the Normandy sites. We appreciated how easy it was to get around. If you're looking for a comfortable, immaculately clean, and truly welcoming place to stay, look no further. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Sophie’s place to anyone. Nous avons passé un super moments chez Arnaud et Jessica. Leur accueil était impeccable, le gîte était parfait, c'était mieux que ce qu'on espérait. Merci pour la bouteille de cidre, ainsi que votre réactivité durant tout le séjour. Le bain nordique est un vrai + Nous avons profité du terrain de tennis, du ping pong et de la piscine. Le jardin est entretenu avec amour. Nous vous recommandons ce logement, très spécial pour une parenthèse agréable. Merci pour tout !

Nous avons passé un séjour hors du temps. Le logement est extrêmement qualitatif, avec des prestations haut-de-gamme et tout le nécessaire pour quelques jours. Les hôtes sont très réactifs et accueillants. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

We had an amazing stay at Regine and Eric’s idyllic property, they could not have done more to make us feel welcome. The property is bursting with character and has all necessary facilities. The grounds are beautiful and the swimming pool was the icing on the cake. We can’t wait to return. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Das Haus von Céline und Stéphane entspricht der Beschreibung. Aufgrund der Witterung konnten wir den Garten, Pool und das zu Verfügung stehende Angebot, Fahrräder, Boule-Platz, Liegestühle, nicht ausgiebig nutzen. Der Pool war freundlicherweise bereits geheizt, man konnte entspannt schwimmen. Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt und der Interaktion mit Céline zufrieden, Wünsche (Heizung) wurden umgehend erfüllt.

Das Haus direkt am Meer was überwältigigend schön. Sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche Sehr gut ausgestattet von A wie Austernbrecher bis Z wie Zitronenpresse ,alles da um ausgiebig zu Kochen. Internet super schnell ! Es wurde an genügend Steckdosen und Leisten gedacht um elektronische Geräte bequem zu laden. Der Pelletofen ist leicht zu bedienen und bringt eine behagliche Atmosphäre, wenn es draußen stürmt und kalt ist. Die Umgebung ganz wunderbar zum Wandern und Fahrrad fahren. Kleiner Supermarkt in Quinéville. Weitere gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Quettehou ( auch prima Bioladen !) Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub!

There is one *major* problem that you will see the moment you enter the property: you will **never** (ever) want to leave. You may even start thinking through how you can leave your day job and move to Port-en-Bessin. The home itself is amazing. The top of our list after over a dozen Airbnbs in the last few years. It's everything they show online... and SO MUCH MORE! It's like living in a Normandy postcard. The house itself is awesome. Amazing. Spotless. Beautifully decorated and appointed. SUPER well equipped. The town is also amazing. It's the perfect home base for exploring the D-Day beaches/sites. Look... you'd be CRAZY not to book this property. So... what are you waiting for? Logement idéalement placé et très bien décoré, à deux pas de la mer. La petite cour au calme est un vrai plus. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Grandcamp-Maisy.

Logement impeccable avec tout ce qu'il faut où il faut. Toute ma petite famille a su trouver sa place avant de se rejoindre dans la salle de jeux => superbe 🤩 Idéalement situé, le quartier est vraiment calme et sympathique. séjour vraiment au top du top avec une hôtesse sympathique et réactive encore merci pour tout

Le logement est très bien situé. Nous sommes venus pour le week-end de Pâques visiter les plages du débarquements . Nous avons adoré. Hôte très sympathique.

Cadre idyllique 🤩un séjour plus que reposant. C’est vert, c’est calme, c’est le lieu rêvé pour déconnecter… Un régal de sillonner ces petites routes de campagne en vélo. Logement conforme à la description, parfaitement équipé et d’une propreté irréprochable. À conseiller 👍

Easy to walk to town where there are great restaurants All bedrooms and bathrooms superb. Kitchen very good and lounge areas perfect

Petite maison très coquette, rénovée avec beaucoup de goût, avec son petit jardin privatif. Quartier très calme. Emplacement pour la voiture mais sinon de la place pour se garer. Très bonne literie , il ne manque absolument rien dans la maison pour passer un très bon séjour. A 10mn à pied du petit port, idéal pour aller boire son petit apéro le soir, avec des commerces et restaurants. Les gens sont accueillants et sympathiques. Un Super U à 5mn en voiture, top pour les courses. Très bien situé pour visiter les plages du débarquement, proche de Bayeux et Caen, 1h20 du Mont Saint-Michel. Julien nous a donné de très bons conseils pour les choses à ne pas manquer dans le coin, merci. Sans le savoir nous sommes arrivés pendant le week-end de la Pentecôte où se déroulait dans tous les villages les 81ans du débarquement, tous ces gens habillés en militaires alliés, les filles habillées d'époque, des défilés de jeeps, motos et chars, choses qu'on ne reverra pas. Notre séjour a été super.

Nous avons été enchantés par ce gîte décoré avec beaucoup de goût . Il est idéalement placé , à deux pas de la place et de l’église de Sainte Mère l’Eglise , nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Great comfortable stay, location was an excellent base for visiting D Day, WW2 Normandy sites and local cultural attractions. Martine was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Gite is in a lovely quiet location and is well serviced with a good well stocked supermarket less than 10mins drive away. Would recommend.

Rien à redire. Le logement était impeccable, on s’y est tout de suite senti à l’aise. L’environnement calme mais à proximité des lieux de visite rend le logement encore plus intéressant. Concernant notre hôte, merci Alexandre ! Vous nous avez très bien accueilli et vous avez mis à disposition des serviettes pour notre bébé de 3 mois sans rien demander, un hôte aux petits oignons.

L’accueil de Michaël est très agréable. Le sourire en plus. Le contact facile. La maison est idéalement située pour celles et ceux qui souhaitent visiter les plages de débarquement. initialement, nous comptions prendre nos repas dans les restaurants environnants. Mais les installations de la maison nous ont donné envie de profiter de notre séjour dans ce lieu. Je recommande vivement cette maison. Si vous recherchez la paix, la quiétude, des moments agréables entre famille et/ou amis, la maison de Michaël est sans doute celle qui vous convient. Michaël, au plaisir de vous revoir.

Tout simplement WAOUW Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Laura. Le logement était splendide et magnifiquement décoré. La literie était très confortable. Le cadre est calme, reposant et le parking permet de stationner votre ( vos) vehicule(s) en toute sécurité. vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer un agréable moment en famille ou entre amis. Bref nous avons pu réaliser une totale déconnexion et profiter de notre voyage pour découvrir les plages et musées du débarquement.

Amazing place to stay, lovely owner and beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Relatively close to a lot of touristic sites if you are by car. Would love to stay another time, we enjoyed our time here so much!
