Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Grand Rivers

Perfect for our needs - a couple of cyclists, plus mom and dog traveling to family reunion. Wish we could have stayed longer! Quality bedding, very comfortable beds, thoughtful touches like snacks which made us smile after a long day of traveling. Loved the downtown area! We’ll be back!

David’s place is a great downtown location. Very walkable to restaurants and the river walk. Easy check-in and checkout. Laundry facilities are a bonus. Would stay again.

5 stars – Fantastic Stay! We had a wonderful experience at this Airbnb. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property was well stocked with all the essentials (and then some), the bed was super comfortable, and the entire space felt welcoming and cozy. Communication with the host was easy and responsive, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free, high-quality stay!

Tracy was a great communicator throughout the entire process. She was very quick to respond and provided clear and helpful assistance. Very nice to have full-size washer and dryer included. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to find things. We like the off-street parking and low traffic. Minimal overnight noise as expected in a duplex situation. Spacious stay in a beautiful and peaceful place. Nice and accommodating hosts. Only draw back for us was no windows in the unit. Not a big deal for our overnight stay.

We picked Gary’s beautiful cabin for a quiet anniversary trip. The yard is shady with rocking chairs on the front porch and a porch swing on the back deck. It is off the road but not too secluded. We felt very safe there. The back deck overlooks a wooded area where you can sit on the porch swing and listen to the birds sing. We enjoyed the recliners and comfortable living room. The home is spacious and would be perfect for a family. We met Gary and his wife and really enjoyed talking with them. They were friendly and easy to communicate with making sure we had what we needed. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again if we are in the area!

I had my bachelorette trip weekend at Kelly’s place and it was perfect! There was plenty of space for the five of us and it was super close to Patti’s & Green Turtle Bay. We would for sure stay here again. It was a great trip!

Was a great place for friends to gather for a weekend of fishing. Located close to a number of marinas but secluded from the hustle of the water or campground environments. Great backyard and fire pit. The interior was spacious, free of clutter, and well kept. It’s as described and photographed.

We were all pleased with the house. Overall, it was comfortable. We wouldn't exactly call it a green colored house which made it a little difficult to find, given that we couldn't easily see the driveway from the church parking lot. Then again, we were in a hurry to get to the house before a huge storm arrived (tornado sirens blared minutes after we got inside the house).

We stayed for a quick trip and the space was great for our needs. We would definitely stay again.

A very special location. If you love nature, this home has it. Beautiful view of the lake. The home has so many places to sit and enjoy the view with its large deck and porch There are public boat launches and beaches in the area as this property is not directly on the water. Our family rented a pontoon boat for the afternoon and rode to be able to see the house from the water. What a fun picture!

We had a great time at the lake house! The house was just as described with everything we needed for our family gathering. The view from the house is absolutely beautiful and everything about the house was very nice with tons of space inside and out. Access to the boat slip is very convenient also. There was great communication with the host Sonshine!! We would definitely recommended this property for a relaxing family trip to anyone visiting the LBL area!!

Beautiful condo in a perfect location in this wonderful and special small town. Beautifully decorated, extremely plush and plentiful towels. We particularly appreciated the extra touches including snacks and beverages. The host was extremely responsive and instructions were clear and complete. We loved this place.

Sharon was a great host with good communication up front. We loved her spot in downtown Paducah, choosing it for how walkable it was with the cute shops and restaurants nearby. The spot was super clean and very comfortable and cozy. Great view of the river out her windows too. It was a 5 star stay! Our only complaint was the WiFi which was very slow and made watching a game impossible one night. Beyond that, the amenities were well thought out and there were even snacks on the counter and bottled water in the fridge. We didn’t use the kitchen much but it was well stocked and would have been easy to use if we hadn’t planned on primarily eating at the local restaurants. We came to town to eat at Freight House. It did NOT disappoint. This was a great spot to stay just a few blocks away. We really enjoyed the local bakery and coffee shop just around the corner in the mornings and were right across the Farmer’s Market on Saturday morning. Thanks for hosting us Sharon!

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hosts were absolutely wonderful welcoming, attentive, and truly excel in hospitality. I feel incredibly lucky to have stumbled upon this place without knowing anything about the area. It turned out to be a hidden gem, and I’m so glad I found it!

We had a great visit and lived everything about the space. It was so artsy and comfy. Walking distance to dine great food, farmers market and the river. We can't wait to stay here again!

This is a fabulous place! Very spacious, very comfortable (both the bed and the couch). The kitchen had everything I needed, and the home is on a quiet street. It is so easy to walk to the old town area and the art neighborhood. I had an event at the convention center which was only about 4 blocks away. This was a perfect place to stay and I'll definitely consider it again on my next visit to Paducah. Mason was incredibly responsive to any question I had. I highly recommend this place.
